It was a bit tough to find out the location :)

The bedding is perfect, the air conditioning works, the shower has enough pressure and hot water. Room service impeccable. There is coffee, tea available. In the corridor there is a hot or cold water fountain, and an iron (alas it did not work). The hotel is well located, close to the draw bridge, and within 30mn walk you can reach China Town or the terminal bus station.

A plus would be to put mosquito nets on the bathroom window, to prevent the little Gekko from coming in.

Near to New SOGO shopping complex in walking distance but no open yet.

lack of basic furniture like dressing mirror and very small clothes hanging hook and no hanger for family room. there was only one mirror which is in the bathroom. pillow was very uncomfortable and requested extra pillow was charged RM5.00 each.
