Nothing was like described while booking.

When I reached the place, they asked me to pay more. Triple the price that was displayed when booked. The room was extremely dirty and no cleaning was done. Only after I complained it was cleaned. The AC did not work and the stay was very uncomfortable.

First of all, It is very hard to find the place, since there are no sign boards or Nameplates anywhere. Then after going in, the owner charged 3 times the booking price and said the site was not updated. So I have to look out for another option. It is clickbait, when people go there they have no choice rather to pay the asking price and stay. Very bad experience with booking.com. Please delist the places if the owners are not ok with the price.

The staff was friendly and helpful enough. But there was a limit to what they could do. The apartment was converted to small lodges but worst experience ever

There was a lot of insects in the room in the middle of the night. There was no water in the washroom except for the hand shower and the pipe had no water. Moreover the place was stinking. Please consider this place if you’re looking for a warehouse or storage space but not for stay.

The room was beautiful and the location was just great. The breakfast really good We would certainly stay there again next time.

But when I visited the hotel reception they did not allow me to check-in for that price and asked me to pay INR. 1500 to do the check-in which was unexpected. I trusted booking.com and hoped that I would get good service and the price I booked in. But I was disappointed with everything.

We booked online, but when we reached the location, they denied us the room. There were no restrictions mentioned on the portal, but after arriving at the place, they suddenly started enforcing new regulations. The owner was extremely uncooperative and didn't know how to respond properly. We had just traveled around 10 kilometers, and they simply didn't understand how tired we were and refused to let us stay. The owner wasn't picking up the phone, and I had filed a complaint with customer care. Even after they attempted to contact the owner, they still couldn't get through. I strongly advise against staying at this place. Don't just consider the low price; respect is more important than saving money.

Owner said that they don't have collaborative buisness with Oyo and they can't rent the property for the Oyo price. His words are very rude, absurd and disgusting. Very unprofessional. He charged extra 1000 rupees for the stay. No facilities provided for the extra money. Owner said Oyo is doing high level prostituion. Very acultured owner.

They asked extra amount. I booked the room per day rs 700 in the application. But they asked 1350 per day. I don't know then why they mentioned 700 per day in the application. Bery bad behaviour. Please don't book this hotel.
