Staff were amicable , always smiling presentable budget property but it’s clean 😍😍

A very calm hotel with wonderful staff

I did not expect this type of hospitality especially to ladies! The staff members are courteous, helpful and ready to provide any assistance! Sometimes we check in star hotels but do not receive such welcome!!

Yes one thing that happened we were cheated by taxi drivers. If the hotel could provide contact details of good honest taxi drivers it would be helpful to foreigners!

The service was excellent. The pizzas in cafe were one of the best i have had. Really helpful. It was a pleasant experience overall.

Might be a bit expensive for a solo traveller.

Location was really good. Easy walk to my event over the weekend. Well connected to South Mumbai and Central Mumbai. Staff was super friendly and helpful and all my queries were answered promptly. Room was clean and well-maintained. WiFi had a strong connection.

The hotel was so clean and tidy, the staff were amazing and helped for beyond what I'd usually expect. The restaurant attached is also great value and super tasty.

It was walking distance from vfs global office, where we had visa appointment

Absolutely fantastic service from the staff at reception - they were more than happy to help with all manner of requests from help ordering a larger taxi, to ordering food delivery with their own phone and worked wonders to return our bags to us when we left them in an Uber!!
