Staff are very rude 😒

Rooms and bathrooms in need of upgrade

How close it was to the beach. Central to other sites. Easy to get around the hotel. Many food places around the area. Powerful showers and clean rooms. The relaxing pool area. Staff were extremely friendly and tentative. Breakfast was amazing! Staff at the breakfast bar were very helpful too.

Rooms need upgrading .. Nice bar but staff not attentive to customer very cold attitude. Same with Kebab hut staff . This places used to be very welcoming. I have visited this hotel several times before it’s not the same…😕

Good location. Staff seemed attentive. Food very good with nice buffet in morning overlooking sea. Very nice patio and pool set up.

Not 5 star property. Rooms old. Seemed a little moldy. Carpets need replacement. Only one elevator for the whole hotel, 4 X 4 feet elevator. Hosts lots of outdoor weddings, thus gets loud late night. Bring ear plugs

Breakfast was good.

I went for new year’s but was very disappointed. They didn’t had any new year planned it was just an expensive dinner. We wanted some fun for new year dance but next door hotel had so much fun going on and this hotel looked like for old people nothing for young people.

very backdated, definitely not 5star! more like 3 star. backdated. stayed in better hotels which are 3 star and better then this one. over priced ! avoid it

Breakfast was not up to the mark … we had even traveling around many hotels but what name this hotel has .. they are too far in the variety .. taste was good .. I think their focus is more on paid food rather than getting into this breakfast thingy.

At the reception .. during check in we are told to pay 60000 all inclusive which was said to be the final amount .. at the time of check in we were demanded 7000 more .. and the pretext was an extra bed .. when we Js a booking of 3 people all inclusive then there could not have been yeh charges .. surely I would have not Pais it but I had very less time for my flight .. but I found it to be cheating … and the lady at the reception was quite rude in the Behaviour .. I would have not paid and argued on it but unfortunately I had no time .. but this is pathetic as the lady herself said that it’s our staffs Mistake and she did not even realize that and was rude ..

The location is great, and I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful.

This hotel is terrible value for money. It's not renovated properly and it wasn't particularly clean. Our sheets had stains even after we asked them to change them, there was dust all over the room, and the bathroom facilities just looked old and overused.
