The staff during check in was very nice and helpful. The room was superb. Though currently undergoing renovation, everything was as expected.

Fine for one overnight stay and very convenient for the train station, however felt like the price was high for what I got.

There was no WiFi despite advertising it. The staff were very kind and tried to help fix it but did not have any luck. The bed was also not comfortable at all.

The food was nice(sandwiches, pasta, biryani) but were served totally raw and bland parathas.

We were not informed that there was renovation work going on and it was very noisy. Even after requesting for breakfast to be served on time we dnt get it and almost missed our scheduled appointments ciz of the delay. We were charged for food that was returned. Milk creamers, tea sachets had to b constantly requested and at one point was bluntly told to order everything on one call. We wld b out all morning and still the room wasn't cleant. Hand towels looked old. We were not even provided spoons/forks when requested and were told to use the stirrers. The spoons old were stained and steel was chipped off. We chose the hotel based in the reviews and coz of the proximity to our place of interest, wldn't recommend it. They mentioned about no smoking policy but our floor smelt of cigarettes.. Also, rooms are not sound proof. The security staff, some of the house keeping staff were very courteous.

Pleasant staff. Service with a smile. Going that extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Plus neat, clean and comfortable rooms. Hassle free exprerience.
