The location was great, the place was nice, the size was okay for the amount of people we had on our work trip.

The rental company Orlando Fun Rentals who was the middle company didn't care about us and what we needed. As far as they were concerned this was a cash cow and couldn't be bothered after their Monday-Friday regular business hours. Which is terrible if you are coming on Friday evening during the 4pm-11pm check in period and leaving monday morning. Nothing was mentioned about the office hours only being available from those hours on booking.com. It took two hours after arriving on friday evening to get a text response. So we have the door code just to get into the unit. We had to follow cars in and out of the development because, nobody provided our group with the gate code for the development. After calling, texting and emailing both their office number and booking.com several times. We had to do a Google search and find another rental company who also rented condos in the development. To provide us with a gate code just to get in and out of the property. In addition to that there wasn't any information about the internet access or wifi password. So we were without the internet the entire time we were staying there. Inside the condo was so insulated that your internet network wasn't available from your cellphone network. You had to go outside in certain spots of the parking lot to even access your emails. The master bathroom had roaches, and the kitchen counter was dirty in certain spots. It looked like some spilt something in one area and nobody cleaned it. The place overall was nice for the price provided you can access it.
