Easy location, near everything. Price was great. Older place but cleaner than most. It was mostly quiet except for some remodeling that was going on. Room was comfortable and clean.

There was a door in the bathroom that opened to the back of the hotel. It had a small lock on it, but I felt they could have put a stronger lock.

I liked the price. It was very affordable. I guess you get what you pay for. We chose this hotel based on the reviews but it was not as clean as the reviews stated.

The room had a bad smell and the beds were not comfortable. You could feel every spring in the mattress. Also, the concrete stairs leading to the 2nd floor were uneven and dangerous.

The host was kinda rude. When I checked in she didn’t acknowledge me when I came in and the she was talking to someone else on her cell phone. Very unprofessional.

The internet didn’t work both nights we were there even though I called multiple times asking about it but was informed I needed to either come to the front office to work or since my daughters iPad worked (for the few short minutes I was on the phone with the front desk) to work on that. Like really??? So unprofessional. The last night some guests above our room were up till 3:30am making a ton of noise, called and complained about that and was told they would “investigate” clearly the noise continued on. I was told the next morning that two people from the front desk checked out my “noise complaint” and didn’t hear anything even though I recorded the commotion and that if I felt that strongly about how loud the people were being that I CALL the police. Help, me understand why that would be MY responsibility when I don’t own the hotel and I called you to inform you what was going on? SMH. Lastly, the tub didn’t drain. I get you get what you pay for but for this was all so ridiculous. Please save yourself the hassle and dealings with this place and book another hotel. Was informed the owner would call me in two weeks to “discuss” the issues but we shall see. Update: owner never called (not surprised) and the staff was rude when I called questioning why no one ever called me back. This place is an absolute joke and needs to be torn down. It’s astounding this place even gets people based off the negative reviews. The people that are giving 5 stars for this place must be friends or paid reviews because no one in their right mind would stay here.

We stumbled upon this place due to their sign out front that says something like "older than some cleaner than most" ! It got my attention! We checked it out and have stayed here twice now!! Very clean place and everything is great for the value!!

Bed is a little uncomfortable but for the most part ok!

I wish I could rate higher. This has become my go to place. Very clean, comfortable, and economical. No it’s not fancy and modern but can’t beat clean, comfortable, and friendliness of the staff. Highly recommended.

my husband had a medical situation regarding his back and surgery that was unexpected and due to that happening i forgot to call property that day to cancel. I remembered about 1.5 hrs later (approx 7:30 pm/deadline was 6pm$ so i contacted Booking.com & hotel. i asked for Mgr but the lady told me he not avail but that she would not refund due to they could have rented room. I feel pretty confident as busy as Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Sevierville was that weekend that they most definitely still booked that room that night🤬. i was EXTREMELY disappointed w/her “customer care” for our unexpected medical situation. We will never book with them again or give good rate. Seemed very “greedy” & NO compassion 😢

Just like it says, older than some but cleaner than most. It's not the most "up to date" room we've ever stayed in but definitely one of the cleanest, which is what we go for! Glad we stayed here. We will be back!

There weren't as many plug-ins as we are used to, but I'm not complaining. It was an excellent value for the price.

The room had a terrible odor and we suppose to have 2 queen beds but they were doubles no condiments for coffee and only 1 packet of coffee

The room was clean, location was easy in and out.

Small room, little room between beds and walls. Beds were typical motel beds, a little uncomfortable, but have had worse. Shower valve needs updated as the type in our room was prone to being bumped mid-shower and drastically changing temperatures. Pet peeve of mine.

Website said daily cleaning but that’s a lie. Our room was never cleaned. My wife and I stayed 2 nights. Had to run the maids down to get clean towels. The water was also a big problem. While taking a shower, the water temperature would constantly change. Freezing you one minute, burning you the next.

They only had coffee.

We stayed here several times when the original owners had it and it was spotless. New owners are not talking care of it the couch and two chairs were dirty the carpet was filthy dirty. We killed several bugs and the sink made a gurgling noise all night. Would never stay there again.

My husband and I loved the area, the hotel was cleaner than any other place we’ve stayed In Sevierville, will definitely be staying there again next year.

The only negative I have is the location of the bed in relation the air conditioner, not that big of a deal and could have used a few more pillows, however we didn’t request more so that was our fault.

The rooms were clean. The pool was nice. Even though the Mountain Aire Inn was on the main highway, we did not hear the road noise in our room.

No continental breakfast, but we knew that when we booked.

#1 issue... we had 2 separate rooms. Lost our key 2x in my room and once in my parents room. I went to the office, my husband went to the office then, the last time my step dad went to the office to get a new key. Not one time did any of the front desk staff ask for a name or ID to get a new key. All they asked was, what was our room number and gave us a key. Anybody could have done that, very UNSAFE!!!!! #2 microwave in my room didn't work and the refrigerator barely got cold, the a/c unit in my parents room, half way worked and their room smelled like smoke.

The room was very clean and served our needs. The price was also a selling factor.

It is a motel, and it was just a room, no extra amenities to brag about. Also, the night we stayed there was a couple fighting next to us. I know that this was not the Inn's fault, but it took a bit for it to be handled.
