The room itself was clean I will say that!!

I live in the Midwest of the US. Due to EXTREME weather, all flights were delayed a day or two, including my own. This caused my agenda to change unto my liking. I stayed elsewhere on the mainland the night before & received the respect and understanding of having my stay one day late without penalization. However, that was not the case here. I called the day of, prior to check in time, explaining I would not make until the next day. I was not told then I would still be charged for that night. I understand a cancelation policy, but I was NOT cancelling my stay with this location, I was only coming one day late due to the inclement weather. This was NOT by my choice clearly as I would have loved to be there sooner! I would assume there would be some grace for those in situations such as mine to earn a good status & reputation but I guess not. I was not even offered half the credit of the night or anything similiar. Besides that, the policy for guests is absurd. I saw the guidelines prior to booking that I am booking for one guest. Yes,I was the only person staying overnight in said room. However, to be told I can not have someone come up to the room for a beverage (or whatever it may be) briefly, is a bit absurd. I paid for the room. If a friend wants to come up to grab something from me and leave the room before let’s just say “night time hours” they should be allowed too. Lastly, the shower was mediocre. My first shower was cold. Upon explaining, a nice staff member (man) I asked to check on it for me and turns out the water heater was turned down?So strange why a guest prior to me would have but I will let that go. He explained to me how to work the shower faucet appropriately and my shower was hot fairly quickly! However, I then tried to turn it down to just be “warm” and was having the hardest time getting it just right between warm and hot. I never got it to where I wanted it and it proceeded to just descrease more to Luke warm unfortunately.

Great location. 5 minutes walk from water taxi service. Service was excellent and recommended to everyone who is looking to visit San Pedro.

Perfect location In the middle of everything 1 minute walk to the beach.

Everything was fine. The only thing that was not really good was the shower curtains were not very well hanging. They were a little bit too short and the ended up on the floor.

No elevator, I was on the third floor, but the next time I stay I will ask for a lower floor

The a/c and hot water

The staff , specifically the male receptionist is very UNPLEASANT. There is several other facilities for the same price with better hospitality and rooms. We ordered a double bed and was told upon arrival my 17 year old brother could not come to our room. Not even during the day time. We had to spend most of our time outside the room because of this. He also had to sleep outside the hotel in our go cart due to this. When I asked him about cancellation before swiping my card he said I would still be charged . After I informed him about the review and I guess they were not booked he offered a room for 100 around 11pm. We already paid 134 for a double room and came to the island for one night. I would not recommend this place to anyone . I did not pay that much to be treated as if I was living in a dormitory. We had to literally take shifts checking on the safety of my little brother all throughout the night, because the area is not bad… but not the nicest. In addition he could not use the restroom or shower there so guess who had to drive him to places to do that … ME? It is close by the ferry port. the security guard was nice, but other than that it is a basic hotel with an attitude of the RITZ. Please do me and yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. San Pedro has so much to offer don’t let your trip be spoiled like ours. Total inconvenience — I have literally had better and friendlier customer service at hostels. & that is just horrific

Security coming up to our room regarding the “noise” I don’t think we were that loud. It was a bit uncomfortable for the rest of the night. Cause we were just laughing and enjoying a show.

The sea view and it's location was perfect! The rooms are so modern and the front desk was SUPER nice and helpful. Both the gentleman and young lady. Only regret I didn't get either name to compliment how friendly and helpful they were. WiFi dropped for a moment and the front desk came up immediately after calling to check it out and less than 2 minutes from calling it was fixed with someone to greet me at the door to confirm it was fixed. Guarantee I'm choosing this place again.

Maybe the stairs, I was on the fourth floor which was a bit tiring but the step design really helped. I can say, maybe the pricing? For the luxury and comfort I mean it's great but I think maybe it could have been a bit less. It's hard to find a flaw as it surpassed my vision of the place. Emphasis on this BIT. But overall it was PERFECT!

The pillows and comforter had a funny / stale odour and the TV remote didn't work. Everything else was great

Great location, modern, clean room with a comfortable king bed. Mini fridge and microwave. Would recommend. Staff was also very helpful & held my bags after I checked out

The hotel is in the center of town. You can easily walk to ferry and to the airport is 10 minutes to walk. Around hotel are lots of restaurants. Our room was quiet, very clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly.

Given the location and it’s popularity there is a lot of noise from dogs and other guests you can easily hear at all hours.

There was a coffee maker in the room but we were not given any coffee or creamers. We travelled with a group of 12 and we had no where to meet on site for drinks or conversation, we always had to meet somewhere else.
