Room was not ready. Gave us incorrect room and would not compisate. Would not stay there again. Really ghetto and lots of drugged out bums all around.

The room appeared clean but, there was still underneath the table near the trash and food crumbs still between the television stand desk. We have stayed at the hotel before and it was better maintained.

honestly I really wouldn’t recommend staying there or going back. To start things I’ve paid cheaper for one night at other hotels with breakfast. I arrived 5 minutes before my check in and they had nothing ready and was told to come back in a couple hrs, I had things to attend and had to get ready in my car. Then I had to cut things short on what I was in Albuquerque for and go check in my room. And still my room was not ready and the front desk tried to offer me a different room with 2 beds but I paid for the king bed and wanted that. After 30 or so minutes of staring at this guy on a computer trying to get me my room I ask about breakfast and was told with my stay I don’t get breakfast. So I asked well I’ve been waiting hours Could I at least get a complementary one or something? and was told that he didn’t have the power to do that another 10 minutes goes by I finally get my room and I’m sent on my way. No apologies nothing I was only in Albuquerque for a day and dealing with this really cut my time short there making kind of a big deal because I was there to visit my grandpa and spent more time with this compared to with him.

Comfortable stay. Enjoyed the pool, the staff were very friendly and helpful. At check in my king bed room was not available and therefore I was upgraded to a double bed.

The room smells of mildew. Air conditioner doesn’t work properly. Shower was nice. Front desk lady was unfriendly. Room wasn’t ready till 5:30

Because of Expedia booking they would not allow us to check in early even though they had rooms. Also wanted to charge for WiFi, 14.95 per day and they put the minimum of coffee and supplies in the room even when leaving a nice tip. It was also mobbed because of large group events and the parking lot needs to be redone badly

The attendant could not find my reservation and it wasn't his problem. Even though I showed him on my phone my reservation. Still no response. I demand to see his supervisor and with hesitation got her for me. She was wonderful and helpful and found my booking. It was bad it was good.

This property is well maintained, and centrally located for shopping, concerts and away from the airport. The rooms are what you'd expect from Marriott - spacious and comfortable.. doesn't feel hotel like at all.

Disappointed in Marriott. Room had a broken fridge and no linens for second bed. Went to front desk and was told they'd send up a new fridge and bedding, they never did. The food we brought as well as dinner leftovers were ruined. With no linens the second bed was essentially useless as well.

Nice hotel and gym, restaurant facilities for one night passing through on I-40. Relaxing, rejuvenating! Helpful staff👍

The pool was really nice and the whole facilty was very clean. Staff was all very friendly. My only complaint is the breakfast at the hotel. It was very expensive and not high quality for the high price. The menu said my selection had cheddar cheese and it actually had cheap American cheese slices. It was awful. The sourdough bread wasn’t really sourdough. Just white thinly sliced bread. I was charged $5 for a cup of regular coffee when it was free in the lobby. I paid $70 for 3 meals and two cups of coffee. The coffe was also cheap quality. It gave my daughter and I terrible stomach aches. I will not be staying here again due to horrible, expensive breakfast.

The beds, the beds are always the worst thing about staying here, and the pillows. On top of that, the bed next to the wall is always about 5 inches from the wall, you cannot fit on the side, someone always has to crawl over the bed to lay down. The doors on the east side next to the ballrooms neext to be replaced, they no longer click when unlocked and its random which ones will unlock with the key,,, so coming back with hands full,,, its annoying... Pool is very nice, its clean. There is also no snack options after the kitchen and gift shop closes.

Albuquerque has its "interesting" areas. Check them out before you wander.

It was not comfortable at all. The sink didn't drain. The towels were dirty. The sheets were dirty.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. I ALWAYS USE MARRIOTT FOR MY STAY ANYTIME I TRAVELLED. SO I DON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEM.

Our experience with this hotel was just okay, the beds were double full size beds not queen size beds and uncomfortable to sleep on, carpets had stains, and the wall had scuff marks. Our other family’s room bed had blood on bedding which they hid well until the next morning, it was found, small full size beds, and stain on carpets too.

I like everything except people parking ugly and taking two car space

Staff outstanding and friendly.. property worn due for makeover .. not typical of Marriott standards .. restaurant and bar nice .. pool area outdated and no atmosphere.. was good but not great .. during 3 night stay room was cleaned only first day
