The hotel itself it was alright, the bed was so horrible and uncomfortable, I woke up both days like if I was beat up, with a horrible back pain.

Our family stayed the night as we were flying out the next morning. It was a good hotel. The continental breakfast was delicious 😋 the beds were ok. We are a family of five so we needed the extra bed which was a trundle bed under the couch. The bed was springy and was not comfortable at all. Staying more than one night with the trundle bed would have been challenging as my daughter did not get good sleep. The bathroom could use a fan as a lot of moisture builds up in the shower room.
We would stay again for a one nighter as it was close to the airport, great breakfast and overall clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We requested, well in advance, to have adjoining rooms and this request was not accommodated. The staff did not hold parents responsible for the behavior of their children and allowed them to run through the hallways knocking on other guests doors. The towels were washed with something that left a residue on them and that transferred on you when using them, wet or dry.

There were bugs on the pull out mattress and when we asked for a new one, there wasn’t a replacement. Hotel was full so they couldn’t give us a new room either

Booked for the size of the room for our family of 4 which was great with the seating area. We were on the main floor, can clearly hear footsteps from room above. Room had AC but there was no air exchange so room became stuffy very fast, no working fan in bathroom. The window was able to open small amount which helped. Pool was small which was okay for hotel of this size, hot tub was more like a warm tub.. Beds and pillows were good so overall comfortable place to stay with a family.

Pretty decent for the price. Was expecting more from the breakfast, room it feels like the carpet beeds more cleaning and the tub as well. Overall its ok.

While the staff did a tremendous job maintaining the facilities and hosting us for 5 days, there's much that needs improving. The hot water for hot tub was non existent from Tuesday to Thursday and there was no housekeeping other than taking our garbage and some of our towels. The AC in our room was garbage, and maintenance couldn't do anything.
Overall, the people running the hotel were amazing, but the facility itself needs to be updated.

The property had a great lobby and breakfast area. The pool area is a bit dirty and the pool water was disgusting. The hot tub had way too many chemicals in it and I couldn’t stand it in my eyes. They need to learn how to take care of pools/hot tub and not limit it to 10pm. They had someone come and close it down. Spend more time in how to service it properly! Rooms were nice but had a musty smell due to no fans in the rooms. Bathroom and showers were excellent but again no fan to air out the moisture. Very convenient to outlet mall and downtown was quick to get to.

We had a good stay. The only issue we had was the behavior of the kids in the pool area. Too rambunctious and disrespectful of others wanting to use the area.
The room was comfortable and quiet. Staff was very friendly and polite.

Carpets were dirty and the parking lot spot light was shinning in my window.

There was an odor in the room upon arrival. There was one front desk clerk that was nice. Check in felt like we were interrupting.

Was looking forward to staying at a Springhill for the first time but unfortunately I will not be returning to this one. Arrived Tuesday evening and by Wednesday morning noticed bites on my legs. Assumed I had been bitten by ants. Because hotel was full I wasn't able to change rooms. Front desk have me new sheets after changing them I we bitten even more the next night. It wasn't until Friday housekeeping changed the bed and I wasn't offered a new room until Saturday which was pointless because my checkout was for Sunday.

The breakfast was disappointing. There was a huge line for the waffle maker that extended along the whole breakfast area making the food inaccessible for others. Muffin was frozen in the middle. Eggs were tasteless. Just a new system or a few more waffle makers

Pool was small and very slippery. Breakfast was wonderful and the room was a great size for price. However stains on the pull out mattress of the couch was disgusting. Beds were pretty hard.

We notice a lot of mold along the bathroom tub caulking. Room smelled stuffy and not clean, room had several drywall repairs that were made by someone that doesn’t take pride in what they do. Staff was friendly but the actual room itself was not maintained well in any way.

Location was close enough for leisure activities--mall, zoo.

This property was spacious, clean and friendly. The added balcony by the pool and hot tub was just perfect.
The area is convenient everything you could need close by. I will definitely be returning.

We've stayed at these properties before and this one was super noisy with walls that seemed very thin, showing worn out/tired look around all common areas and room, needing repairs in our room, A/C unit was also inconsistent and loud.

We had requested topmost floor way ahead of time but were placed on 2nd floor, unfortunately right under a large family with many barely supervised, loud, inconsiderate youngsters . The stomping/banging started at 10p, right after the pool closed, until midnight, despite our complaints to the front desk which we started at 1030p. Large unruly groups should be assigned ground floors and ALL guests should be advised that there are QUIET HOURS at hotels where other clients with other schedules are trying to rest.
