I wish i had done this years ago and stayed in an apartment rather than a hotel room. It feels like you have your own flat ..sitting room,kitchen, bathroom, bedroom etc Staff fantastic very clean and comfortable. Can be noisy with seagulls and party revellers but i kinda like it as it adds to the atmosphere of the city

Great location - 5 min walk from rail station - Easy to access outside of reception hours, Clean and tidy. Only negative Mattress's are "tired" and need replacing.

Lovely apartment and a great location. The throw on one of the beds had dirty marks on it, which brought into the question the cleanliness. Plus there were missing blinds that woke us up early. I would stay here again because of the blinds.

I had such a wonderful experience with my check-in process. Laura and Kellie were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire check-in process, even though I arrived late. Their decision to leave the check-in instructions in a safe was so considerate and made everything so smooth. The apartment itself was lovely, and the location is just perfect - only a 10-minute walk to everywhere. I'm definitely planning on coming back next year! :)

It was perfect for our long weekend stay. It’s great that there is parking and it was in a super convenient location for heading into the main area of Liverpool. The lady on the desk was amazing and so friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Premier Suites. The desk staff was incredible. Good location and was very walkable.

Nice and clean apartment. Excellent location.
The TV is not working in our room. The team couldn’t do anything during the stay.
However, the team never response the online communication, both through hotels.com or their online booking system.
There are options to choose free baby pavkage but never honored. No reply on car parking request as well, you have to phone the team directly on the day.

Great space in the two bedroom apartment for our family of four and with two bathrooms!
Nice to have a washing machine within the apartment, especially as we had been travelling for a week.
Located in a quieter area, it was an easy, short walk into the city centre and the heart of things.

Good to have parking with property, however quite noisy. Internet not working or connected to smart Tv. Would be good to have this checked. Peeler very rusty. Freezer needs de-icing and clean. Toaster also needs to be cleaned. Amenities good but needs maintenance and clean.

The staff is very welcoming and we enjoyed our 2 bedroom apt very much!
It was spotless clean and the beds were comfy.
The location is perfect and we only had to walk approx. 5 minutes to get to the nightlife area f.e. Cavern Club and bars as well as the vast shopping streets.
Can highly recommend the appartement complex and will definitely stay here again when back in Liverpool!

We stayed for 1 night for my friends birthday, she was given a bottle of complimentary wine on arrival.
The staff were lovely and extremely helpful, the room was spotless, parking was easy, I’ll definitely stay here again!

Beds were really comfy. The tv in the bedroom did not work and wouldn’t tune in which was a huge disappointment for the children. The tv in the living room was ok but couldn’t watch anything that needed an internet connection as there was connection issues. Apart from that, it was a good stay and would use them again :)

Comfortable two bedroom apartment. Good location. A bit hot as there is no AC and little cross ventilation. There is a clothes washer but no detergent, even for purchase. We had to buy a big box from a store and throw most of it away when we left the city. Also need an ice tray in the fridge.

Went for Eurovision weekend and although it was a pricey stay, it was very central and just a few minutes walk to all the bars, restaurants and the Pier Head. Staff were EXCEPTIONAL! A really pleasant experience and would definitely stay again.
