The location of this property is prime. The room, service, and breakfast was excellent!

Authentic and quaint old townhouse right in the mix. You’ll need to map it to find it. Location is the best thing. The breakfast lady was quite unhappy with her lot and quite dismissive. The night manager was the same- not exactly friendly. Overall, we wouldn't return.

Staff housekeeping mostly consisted of Filipinos which is why they are very clean. However, the room we got was a bit dusty and feels stuffy. The shower door is broken but we didn’t complain so our fault 😅. The were accommodating to our requests (extra blankets). Although the manager did tell us that housekeeping ends at 2pm. You can leave your luggage even after check out to stroll around the area. There is also a convenience store beside the hotel which is great. You can also see a gondola service right as you walk out the doors. Breakfast was good as well (mostly breads). Overall, the hotel is quite good for its price.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was big, the hotel staff were nice, and we enjoyed the free breakfast. Nice location as well!

Hotel was in a perfect location for most of the touristy places I wanted to see. It was also close to both vaporetto and Lilaguna stops.

Location, good price excellent service. Staff speaks English well and to help me figure out public transportation to my next destination as well as find different things around the city. That said, breakfast was underwhelmed and the beds are very firm. So if you’re not looking to eat in the city or need a soft bed, that may be something to consider. Overall incredible value and I’d definitely come here again!

Nice basic hotel right in tje center of Venice. Room was clean and presentable and a good breakfast provide. Staff were also accomadating.

Outstanding location, it’s close almost everything

Staff rather cold and not particularly helpful, but hotel is very clean and well appointed. Typical 3-star. Room very spacious but bathroom tiny, no shelf to place your toiletries anywhere. Attractive and functional. View of brick wall. Close to Piazza San Marco. Many dining options nearby. Warning to the mobility-impaired: even though there is a lift (elevator) there are many steps to and from it.

This property has the perfect location for all things in the St. Mark’s Square area. Very quiet and safe. The front door is always locked and there is someone at either reception area on the first or fourth floors. We had a suite on the fourth floor. There is an elevator. Great breakfast! Good coffee! Only 19 rooms total.

Beautiful Venetian room ❤️ it's a slight walk from the San Marco Piazza if you have large luggage. If you don't then perfect place to stay. The canal is a back canal but nonetheless it's cool to be right next to it within steps. I loved the big windows that you can walk out on a small platform to see outside. It's conveniently located near shopping and so close to the tower, basilica and palace you won't regret that part at all! It's a ways in from the start of the grand canal so you just jump on the ACTV boat after getting off the train at St. Lucia train stop. Don't let the porters grab your luggage from the train station or you'll be paying 20$ for five minutes of work!! It's cheaper to take the ACTV then the private water taxi which I paid $70 one way. So take the ACTV if you're on a budget. I would stay here again!

Location is great, amenities were clean, breakfast was just right, great coffee prepared by the lady staff.

Nothing like the pictures and in extremely dilapidated condition. Front door intercom never worked and reception was on 4th floor

Stayed with them for 3 nights. The lift was down when I was there by both my check in staff and check out staff helped me with my bags to get down while I have a nerve injury in my arm travelling solo. The breakfast staff were welcoming and the hotel was clean.

Nice hotel

This property was okay and clean, but it is not a 4 star property. The furniture was very dated, lots of mis-matched furniture in bedroom, bathroom had a large crack in the sink, but shower was nice. We asked for 2 twin beds, they just took out the middle piece that made it a king. The room was very spacious and the area to shops and attractions was great.
