The breakfast was limited, the lifts were rickety, small and sometimes the buttons don't work. The rooms were ok, bath n toilet tiny. Location was a positive with quick access to sv road and linking road.

Room was very clean and comfortable. There was a fridge, desk, and excessive a/c with a separate shower compartment. Maria, who greeted me upon arrival and helped me find local services and send a parcel, was gracious and charming; Uma, who took my bags and made sure I was well taken care of is quite hospitable and good with people.

I enjoyed the stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food menu was good. Overall rooms were clean. Reception area was very tight , other than that we had a comfortable stay. Room service was good. Hotel was steps away from Khar station.

I stayed at Hotel Enclave for a week. All the service people were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included with decent Indian Food. Had a comfy, clean room that was surprisingly mostly quiet being in the front The Khar station area is hip with several Bar/Restaurants all within easy walking distance. A Fun area.

This was our second stay at Regal Enclave. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed was really excellent.The staff is also very nice, eager to please. The free breakfast every day was excellent. They have a variety of dishes daily and an omelet station too. They also offer pickup and drop off to the airport; previously it was free but now they charge for the pickup.
The only cons to this hotel is it needs to be updated. The bathrooms especially you can notice the age of the property. The sinks leaked and was cracked. Also more electrical outlets in the room would be good. Another thing is the location although convenient is not the best as its close to Khar station which is dirty, but well you get used to it! Some nights were noisy as there were bands outside playing music loudly.(not the fault of the hotel). Its better to get a room on the higher floors.All in all we had a very pleasant stay! Would recommend.

Hotel staff promptly picked me up as promised after I landed at Chatrapathi airport at 2am.
None of the electric outlets worked and was coming apart.
There was bunch of kids who stayed next dorr to me on the 6th floor--made huge noise and were banging on the wall playing at 2 in the morning. Hotel took action when I compalined tho...But still :(

The hotel was nice & so was the room. But the customer services sucks, for every issue i had to call room service & front desk so many times. The front desk lady was very rude & in the hospitality business the front desk staff is key, she made me feel unwanted guest. Even though the hotel is nice, rooms are nice & it's in a nice location i will never stay there & would not recommend it to anyone.

I did not end up staying here although I booked this location. I was brought to the Executive Enclave instead. Food was good and room was clean although the walls were very thin I lucked out with a corner room so I had less challenges than if I'd been in the center of the hallway. However when there were repairs or loud guests at night I heard everything.
I would stay here again in a pinch but I think I got a smaller room than what I was booked for

I meant to stay for two nights. But with flight delay only had an overnight. My sister was impressed with the service. Able to answer questions in a timely manner and took care of luggage without being requested.

My stay was very comfortable at the royal enclave. It was our first time in Mumbai and we had a complimentary ride pickup from the airport. Ramkumar, was holding up our sign and we were driven in a big comfortable car by him.
Upon arrival to the hotel we were served with fresh cold drinks and offered chai as well( all complimentary)
Our room was cleaned everyday.
Manages; Nimesh and Sachin attended to all our questions and made our stay very comfortable. Not to forget Raju who was great at what he does at the restaurant. Breakfast had lots of choices;We were made hot to order English breakfasts as well as Indian choices if we preferred. We had a mix of both which was very tasty.

The checkin was very easy and friendly. I sent a message that I would be arriving late just to make sure the room would not be filled and they showed up to pick me up ... it was unexpected but very nice. The breakfast buffet was amazingly neat clean and very good .. Staff was very good my only issue was the surrounding area.

We stayed for 15 days since I had to have an eye operation at a hospital nearby. The staff were very accomodating and did their best to cater to our needs. On the 2nd day we were upgraded to a bigger more comfortable room! Overall the hotel is very clean, food was great, and service was excellent! Hope to be back again next year!!

Accommodation not as expected when compared to the gallery pictures in expedia, clumsy location with no car parking inside the hotel arena , room and bed was too small for a deluxe booking , breakfast was of low standard. Needs a lot of improvement.

My parents stood here for three nights while US visa interview process. They are very much satified with the property permises and service and cleaniness. And on top of that they liked room so much they preferred staying inside room insteam of going outside in their free time. I highly recommend this property.

Previously stayed at 5 Star hotels in BKC but found the service here much better and friendlier. Rooms are good size and the gym and swimming pool a 5 minute walk down the road but really enjoyed mixing with local people using the facilities. If you want something more personal and informal than the 5 star offerings I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Much more to do in the area than BKC too.

The location was good. 20min from airport (depends on traffic too) we had a deluxe room with twin beds. Neat and clean. Staff was polite / good service. Free wifi. Breakfast (buffet) complimentary veg good. We ordered room service food was good we had guests too for dinner they also like the food. Uber/Ola easy to locate hotel. It was a fair distance between all shopping places. Yes South Mumbai (gateway of India and Colaba visit) ll take an easy hour ride again depends on traffic. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Was straying in a deluxe room with two of my siblings room is just by enough for 3 single beds. They don’t do queen beds.. I would stay here again!
