Great place for resort vacation, the infinity pool is amazing!

The location from the hotel is really really good. Even the food and also the staff from the restaurant, kitchen and reception are good. But some staff members looks really grumpy and unfriendly (like the girl at the coffee bar) The branches behind the glass in the restaurant are pretty cool but I think with spotlights it would look much nicer

The hotel is located in the central area, very close to the beach, spacious and interesting design room, the food was very good, infinity pool was amazing. The hotel does not have its own beach, which I consider to be a big disadvantage. At 4 o'clock in the morning on August 28, 2021, the alarm rang, it was a mistake, but nobody apologized and did not give us explanations for the incident. It was very unpleasant for all the hotel guests who were awakened and scared.

Very noisy hotel, loud music from the skyfall pool, from the opposite bar, from the rooms. I find this hotel suitable only for a short stay 1-2 nights. Large groups of men from the Middle East with unsuitable manners in the restaurant and lobby make the stay unpleasant. Dinner offers a choice but the food is tasteless. Hotel facilities, bathrooms, carpets out dated, needs renovation, not suitable for 5 star rating . There is no beach area for the hotel. If you have to choose this hotel pack earplugs.

Large room, nice view, comfortable bed. Checkin and checkout were very slow. Elevator was extremely slow.

We had a nice stay altogether. We had very noisy neighbors (or very thin walls...) the hotel moved us to a different room that was more quiet. Food at breakfast is cold and does nit change at all from day to day. Fresh juice costs extra.

Both rooms wreaked of cigarettes the rooms were simply dated. The staff were unhelpful and the breakfast was horrendous. Will never stay again.

Excellent property. Great pool, great bar! I will definitely visit again!

We stayed in the Tower Suites and the room was great - spacious, clean, confortable beds. The sea view was excellent from an upper floor. The exterior pool was nice and clean, and I liked that it was not very crowded during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The parking looked very safe and organized. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Reception staff on arrival did not meet our expectations in terms of being welcoming or friendly which was disappointing as first impressions do count. Even if there is a language barrier, everyone recognises a smile! We also ate in the restaurant each of the 4 nights we were there and not once were we asked if we would like a drink from the restaurant bar. Staff just appeared to take out plates away when we finished our meal. No interaction other than that. Restaurant food limiting. No private beach or allocation for hotel residents of sun beds on the beach. The beach was just across from the hotel and there were ‘Free Zones’ to lay on the beach but sun loungers were at a charge. For a 5 star hotel and service, these factors fails to meet our expectations and for these reasons we would not return or recommend. Would like to say however that from my Expedia check in review, guest relations did reply to our comments and issues were raised and they appeared to take our comments on board. We were also given a bowl of fruit in response.

Amazing location! Big hotel, including all you need. A little bit old for a fine 5 stars hotel.

not quite the level of a 5 star, + : the spa, the size of the room, the parking - : the size of the sport facilities, the internal pool being not only small but not air-conditioned so very hot, the blasting music in the sky fall (which adds to the music outside) and the food : not varied nor creativ, certainly not 5 star type at all and only either kasher or hallal, I understand that they cater for their clientele but there should also be "normal" food

They claimed two queen size beds but it was two twins. The room had the feel of a 1970s hotel at the airport. The room was at a three star level. The grounds were better at a 4 star level The breakfast pretty bad. The location was in the heart of it all but the walk feels like Atlantic City. Great beach access. I was disappointed, learned to subtract a star or two from my expectation of a hotel in Eastern Europe.

Right next to the beach and also the shopping area. In general a nice and clean hotel. Breakfast is OK. We took the half board option. Dinner was quite good.

The food was only warm and dinner plate very cold,When you sit down at the table dinner was cold.I can't use a safe in the room ,because was not attach to floor or wall and anybody and can walk out with this safe.Room with balcony and water view absolutly beautifull, Music from restaurants on the ground was till 3am. Beautifull swiming pool and nice bar with excelent services
