The staff was excellent, listening the problem and solving the issues. I did not get the room upgrade but discount I got, food and beverage. It seems like they did not want to upgrade but overall properly was great

The hotel is lovely and located right on the Bosporus. There is a ferry right next door. LOur room was clean and comfortable with many luxurious touches. We had a terrace with a partial view of the water. Breakfast was incredible - great food but way more than anyone could possibly eat. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful - only one person at the front desk unhelpful getting a dinner reservation and then just escorting us to the curb when I asked him to call a taxi. I flagged one down myself. Everyone else was wonderful. My only warning is that the once lovely square with the view of the charming mosque has been taken over by loud rip- off restaurants and fast food chains. Cross the busy shore toad and walk in two or three blocks away from the water and there are lots of great local restaurants in the backstreets.

The location is in a very popular area, with so many dining options. Restaurants open late till midnight. The view is spectacular.

Staff was excellent- some confusion about breakfast. Gave us the run-around as to where breakfast was being served and we were request to pay by cash or card when in fact it was included in our stay. Bad communication. The disco / techno noise levels at night was extreme going till 5am EVERY DAY (earplugs to bed).
They tried their best to make everything ok for as after we formally complained.

The property had an amazing view - however it was very loud. The bars/clubs in the area didn't stop their loud Music until about 4am. The mosque and call to prayer was also very loud and the first call was at 6am. I barely had any sleep while staying at this property.

But location and neighbourhood is ver very bad. Load music till 3:00 am every day.

It was extremely noisy at night. There is a nightclub next door and it sounded like it was in the room!

Room was beautiful ans the view was spectacular!
BUT. Its a very loud area at night making hard to have a good sleep. You can hear the outside music from bars and restaurant until almost 4am. It doesn’t matter which day of the week.
I wish I were aware of this before we booked it.
Other than that. Greag hotel.

The website was not accurate. A small bedroom was called Double Delux Luxury and it wasn't. The surrounding area was loud through the night. I did get my remaining payment refunded.

It was not my first time in this wonderful hotel, what distinguishes it is its beautiful location and their kind treatment, all of them are very friendly and helpful.

The room provided was very small for the amount charged and some staffs were not friendly. I had to ask where the breakfast the next day going to be. Not a VIP access treatment at all. Traffic to get there were very bad especially on Friday night

Excellent hotel with amazing view. We rented the romantic suit and it had everything we needed.
The neighborhood is noisy till 1-2 am. But lucky us, our room was in the highest floor so it didn’t bother us.
Water pressure in the bathroom was bit unpredictable.

The location and staff. but the main street Ciragan Cd. to reach the hotel always very congested.

Reciption staff refused to upgrade my suite to Bosporus view suite (due to non availability), however, when I insisted, they surprisingly offered me the upgrade but for an extra fee which I declined! My Gold & VIP benefits were NOT recognized at all! I had 4 rooms booked with them….
Other than that, the hotel and its rooms are overall nice, on the top of its great location. Regards

Beautiful hotel. Great appointments. Elegant and located on the phosphorus next to a lovely mosque. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Staff are helpful. Great terrace restaurant. But I have to agree, the music from the nearby clubs is loud and makes it difficult to sleep.

The view is AMAZING! The staff at the Lounge preparing the food are so nice! The cleaning staff are hardworking! The front office staff are helpful.

The only thing is that this hotel is not close to the tourist sites and mesquites etc, which we knew when we book the hotel. So had to depend a lot of public transportation to go back and forth from the hotel to the sites etc. Other than this the hotel is excellent and beautiful.
