This hotel invaded our provacy, and the rooms r dirty and there is nothing but drug dealers and professional woman comimg in amd out of there. not a good place at all.

Room was nice the main area sadly smelt moldy defiantly needs to be renovated. Also the Wi-Fi never worked.

Good for a single traveler for the night. I would not stay here with family. Lots of shady activities going on. Staff was super friendly.

Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Everything send a bit dingy. Our door did not seal and latch properly

Walked into the lobby and was blown away by the smell of cigarette smoke. Most the entire place permeated the smell. Expressed concern to the desk clerk as we reserved a non-smoking room. She said yes they had a non-smoking room for us. First room we got had strong smell of smoke. Second room on the 4th floor was better. Lots and lots of other concerns that I’ll go into later.

I killed 10 roaches ( not exaggerated). Smelled like smoke even though ot was a no smoking room. Sheets were dirty and filled with cigarette burns. I checked out a day early. I refused to stay another night.

They still have my deposit and I was there two nights so they still have my deposit of $50 which doesn’t sound like much until you need it and I have never had a hotel keep my deposit more thann4 days after check out this place has had it for two weeks after check out I have contacted the bank they it’s the hotels fault and the hotel blames the bank and me right smack in the middle of their little love spat or whatever this is ugh!!!!!

Everything was good

Not very safe at all. Mulitipul Police officers were coming and there in the evening and also midnight and it was very loud. There is no peace and quiet at all there. The main thing is that the room was very dirty also water running all night due to the faucet can't turn all the way off. The an not turn all the way and and furniture and floor was dirty and there were hairs on my pillows and sheets. Wholes in the wall and floor. Paid a deposit and was promised back next day but do not recieve it at all. I am very upset for this place charged 70 for room and 50 for deposit because I wanted to go into my room early it was very hot outside side .I paid for my room by t was give key cards that did not work. Finally thing to say is the room didn't have shower curtain and I asked to please get on but never recieved shower curtain. There is no respect at all and ur stay at this place will be a total night mare. BEWARE!! Please I m telling you do not even waste your money on this place . This place needs to be inspected an also investigated. To much going on and needs to be looked into. C

The staff was unprofessional. Problem with toilet.

I haved stayed at this motel for a year and a half about 2 to 3 times a month. I stay there because i attend soccer games. We usually just spend the night no showers or anything. My past stay on June 8, 2024, the toilet nearly overflowed. I went to the front desk in my sleep clothes, barefoot wouth the key card to my room I asked for a plunger to correct the issue. I was tokd they wouldn't give me a plunger even though I had my key card without an ID .I expressed my displeasure at the situation and flipped her off on my way back to my room to get my ID. When I returned with my ID and my key card, she said she wouldn't give me the plunger because I had flipped her off. I find this to be vindictive and unprofessional, considering i was offering to do their job for them and prevent property damage. I am not sure I will be staying at this low class motel again.

The night manager was unprofessional and rude. The toilet was overflowing but they give me a plunger, because I only had my room key with me aand I was barefoot and in my sleep clothes

They place smelt like weed

Old, room smelled like old people and I thought I went to a portal to the late 80’s, early 90’s smh

The property was clean and decent price

I guess I never realized I had a smoking room selected for our stay. But regardless. The check in area was awful w the smoke smell, so was the room. The bedding. The pillows. - the pillows were the smallest, not good quality at all. Maybe I didn’t know the area well when booking, but really made me question my stay when 3 officers are standing guard at night for the weekend. Internet/wifi did not work at all, bad phone service as well. Good thing nothing happened to need to use our phones. Only was there long enough to sleep. But probably won’t re book.

The staff was very helpful! The room was ready when I showed up, and the temperature in the room was just right. Would recommend staying here again!!!

The area was, in my opinion, very unsafe. A resident warnes me to secure my new car very well because people come in and steal them. She had hers stolen the week prior. Also alot of what appeared to be gang activity. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We ended up not staying as we wanted to be in a safer neighborhood

The rooms had a horrible stale smoke smell.

First of all the bathrooms in the lobby are locked after a certain time and the staff doesn’t have a key to open them. Luckily the lady working the desk was sweet and works quickly as possible to let me in my room so that I could at least use the restroom and then complete the check in process. The first thing I saw when I walked into the room was a bug crawling across the table that the tv sits on, and the whole room smelled of stale smoke even though I booked a non smoking room. The sheets appeared clean but the first night I was there I had a hard time sleeping just because I was paranoid about bugs because of the one I saw when I first arrived. Lots of foot traffic in the area around the hotel.

The room was disgusting. Dirty stained sink crap on the outside of toilet bowl. Got out of shower and my feet had black stuff all over them before I made it to the bed to put on socks. Shady people walking around. Had 4 people in our group, room had 2 towels and one washcloth. Asked for more twice. Asked for extra pillows they only had 3. The door did not seal well and rooms don’t have a hair dryer. Person on top floor walked all over like a horse and we were told we were in a quiet spot but heard everything. Other than the person I spoke with on phone with reservation they all had little to no personality. Spend the extra money and go some else.

All good except I about slipped in the shower. Be careful!

Parking lot was overfull, so i and 15 or so others had to double park along the outside. Door to my room was leas than 100 yards from and faced the interstate, i 70, so it was quite noisy. Somewhat last minute trip, and had very limited options in my price range. Get what you pay for, i guess. Definitely will not stay again.

Our room was very clean and comfortable.
