The good: The property is clean and comfortable, with a convenient location close to major attractions. The room faces away from the road, ensuring no traffic noise.
The bad: Soundproofing is poor; conversations from neighboring rooms are clearly audible. Additionally, parking incurs an extra charge.

At first I was very satisfied with the hotel the overall staying experience and the room condition, apart from the location is not so city center. The 2nd day I found some tiny small insects moving along the sink area, and also on the towel near the sink, this affected the overall impression. I think the insects were attracted by humidity and water near the sink.

Being part of the Accor group and also the Mercure brand, we had expected the same standards from this hotel. However, we were very disappointed during our stay. Check-in was slow and the staff was constantly on the computer without telling us what they were doing. We had spent almost close to 30 mins checking in.
The room was a letdown. Upon going into my room after check-in, the minibar drawer still has trash and opened packets of sugar and coffee, and I had to call housekeeping again to clean up. I had even caught a roach in the evening after I came back from my dinner. The down light and the light on the toilet mirror was faulty, making the toilet so dimly litted. There are also cracks on the walls and dirt on the carpet, even after housekeeping was done. Overall, the room looks and feels dirty even after cleaning. Perhaps a refurbishment will do them good.
This is definitely not what I expect from a 4-star hotel and also from a renowned hotel group. I will definitely reconsider going back to this hotel when I'm back in KL in the future.

Good price for a 4 stars Hotel. Room is quite big with sofa and area to put luggage. Toilet is big also with seperate bathroom and big vanity top. The room fridge has some stain inside.
Swimming pool has a nice view of the City. Staffs were friendly and able to understand English.
Surrounding area has many food option and short walking distance to Berjaya Time Square and Lalaport, a new and big shopping mall.
Just have to be careful when crossing the road to Bejaya Time Square.

The hotel is as good as expected

Pleasant enough stay for 4 nights. However some things that made the stay not enjoyable, completely filthy under the bed, I’m talking crayons, plastic and all sorts. Did not feel safe standing outside all the time for a cigarette. On the last night there was a ‘party’ with a huge obnoxious group. Meant I could not enjoy the skyline one last time, have a drink at the bar, or smoke as they surrounded me, all drunk and uncomfortably close. Also the air con in the room is hard to regulate, either too hot or too cold.
I will say that all the staff were fantastic and very helpful during my stay, so 5 stars to them! Easy enough to jump in a grab to get to main tourist attractions.

Nice hotel. In a downtown area with some nice places to eat local food at cheap prices / the hotel. Has an odd traffic situation around it and can be hard to get to some days via grab / rooms are very nice and well appointed with nice shower gel / breakfast was good not sure about peas for breakfast but other wise 3/5 for that.

Upon arrival it was pouring with rain, the hotel blocks their entrance with a no parking sign, so guests get drenched getting out of the taxi and fetching their suitcases from the boot of the car. No one offers to help make light work of the situation either. The rain fall off from the overhang of course drenches one even further before getting inside. So not a good start to any check-in.
The rooms are not well sound proofed either, you can hear people coming and going from their rooms, talking, and cleaners outside working. I have travelled for over 24 years globally, there are better choices out there.
So, would I stay again, sadly no.
Overall the staff though are very friendly, polite and try hard.

The facility is a bit old, but okay for a budget hotel. I made a reservation for a taxi to the airport, but they got the dates wrong and woke me up at 5am in the morning… they ruined my day as I couldn’t go back to sleep after the wrong wake up call☠️

The employees are all very amiable, especially the young girl who greeted us at the counter when we checked in, she was very patient.
The room was very neat and clean, and the view was great. But what surprised me even more was the variety of fruits, snaks, drinks that all came with the room and that’s not the end of it, they even have a capsule coffee machine in the room.
I will definitely come back if I have the chance ! BTW, there is a Starbucks in their hotel too.

It’s a good 3-Star hotel within reasonable distance of the city center…I wished there was greater variety choices at the breakfast buffet, and pits of brewed coffee in place of the machine which was always needing attention on mornings of heavy use. The immediate area around the hotel isn’t the best..but, goes with what one pays for.

Very nice staff and reception. My room was comfortable, but my lock’s battery stopped working and had to be replaced. The hot water dispenser did not dispense hot water, and there was leakage from the floor above at reception on the ground floor.
