The Finest Punta Cana had a lot of potential, but unfortunately fell short in several key areas during our stay. The location and beach were quite nice, but the overall experience was marred by poor service and substandard food and beverage quality. The staff, while friendly enough, often seemed disinterested and inattentive. On multiple occasions, we had to call to request our room be cleaned, even though we had the "make up room" sign displayed from early in the morning. The general sense was that the staff were just going through the motions, rather than providing the high level of service one would expect at a resort of this caliber. The food was a major disappointment. Approximately 80% of the time, the meals we were served were simply not edible. The quality and freshness were lacking, and the preparation was often sloppy. The cocktails were also poorly made, using cheap, low-quality liquor. Even the wine selection was surprisingly poor, with options that were barely drinkable. While the resort itself and the beach were nice, the execution across the board was simply subpar. It seems that management may be struggling to maintain standards and provide a truly high-end experience. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the Finest Punta Cana based on our stay. There are likely better options in the area that can deliver a more enjoyable and memorable vacation.

Amazing hotel. The staff is absolutely amazing and make you feel like family. There wasn't a day where we didn't encounter someone with a smile on their face and willing to help in any way. The hotel was stunning and clean. Manicured lawns, bushes, flowers...all of it. The food was really great...I wish we could have eaten at all the restaurants but we ate at Insieme Trattoria (Italian), Shoji (Japanese), Market Kitchen (buffet), Melting Pot (Asian) and Brass (steakhouse). All were amazing and the service was great each time we went. My only regret is that we didn't have more time...for everything...excursions, beach time, pool time, restaurants. There's always next year;)

Beautiful views everywhere you look. Everything in the room, pools and restaurants are so clean and cared for. The service from everyone we met was eagerly and politely given. Plenty of alcohol and water bottles to be drink. However, do not come here expecting excellent food. While its not "bad" its not top tier. Yes get the transportation service to avoid the drive!! Absolutely would stay here again.

The transportation from airport to thw hotel was not included. It was inconvenient for us to have to call the hotel for help. . The hotel said if thwe booked thru Expedia, transportation s not included. Maybe next time. You include it or the hotel insides it

This is my second time coming here so that should tell you everything. It’s perfect. I’m not gonna say too much, bc I don’t want too many ppl to come here, but it’s perfect in every way. And I don’t lie!! I’ve been here so long. DR is my favorite place.

Everything was excellent! The staff especially! Loved our room and the whole resort is just beautiful!
