I absolutely loved this hotel and their staff. They have tons of dining options. We visited three of their restaurants and each was amazing! I highly recommend it!

This property is clean w up to date amenities. Housekeeping & maintenence do a great job! The hotel could do a better job w the speed of service. I spoke w other vacationers & they felt the same. The bartenders & servers at the pool need to be a little quicker. The cabana service needs to ne improved. I reserved a cabana & was disappointed. No one comes to check on you. They do not set the cabana up w enough towels or make it eye-catching. Not worth reserving until they improve. Ovetall, i definitely would recommend this property! I see no other place i would stay while in Belize!

I love everything about this hotel it was great.. the staff were super nice. The environment was amazing, I’ve never swim in hotel pools because they look so dirty but ALAIA pool was amazing.. the rooftop is nice as well.. the food was good. I wouldn’t change anything about them.

The hotel food is great and tasty as well as the drinks . Pool closes at 11pm but people were having a great time at 2am so that’s a bonus for me . Belize is safe all around . Rule #1 GET YOUR GOLF CART it’s easy to get around WAZE and google maps work . Tour the island you’ll have an unbelizeable time.

Wow is really all there is to this place, my husband and I honeymooned at Alaia, we took the all inclusive package, absolutely worth every penny, we wine, dine, had steak, lobster and delicious fresh fish in almost all restaurants, let’s also say the pizza, burger options and tacos where down packed with flavor. Overall we enjoyed the pool, spa, gym amenities & phenomenal service all around.

The totality of the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. The staff was warm and hospitable making the vacation rather a favorable experience. The entire hotel was spotless and clean and that cleanliness speaks volumes about the pride you take in the overall property. Keep up the great work and continue to strive for excellence in guest service delivery.

We really enjoyed our honeymoon here. Great place for couples. Good food and always nightly activities available. Would recommend staying here. Cozy and not too large of a resort. Not too much to do for children but is also good for families.

Service at the main pool bar was horrible (at the sit down and the swim up portion. Everytime we ordered it would take 30 min to get our drink. They basically ignored you, talked amongst themselves or disappeared all together. The servers walking around at the pool were great and everyone else in the lobby and on the property were amazing! Elvis, Shakira, Monica and Yanceli were all really really exceptional.

The property was pretty. Stayed in a condo like setup with 2 bedrooms, was disappointed that we were give 2 twin beds in one room versus the double expected when selecting/purchasing. The staff did offer to prep a room but it was on 1st floor and we really liked the 2nd floor they placed us in originally, so my adult, tall son opted to stay on the twin vs 1st floor. The beds were ok, the pillows a bit too stiff. Breakfast buffet is as any buffet, mediocre, and other breakfast choices were just average. The staff were very pleasant. It was great having the dive shop on their deck, which the excursions were awesome. Yes, I would stay again however I would go to grocery store and purchase breakfast foods.

The food options were delicious with many options. You could have fast food or fine dining. The property is beautifully landscaped with great amenities. Our only complaint was the shuttle to and from the Water Taxi. It was late for pickup at the airport and we missed the water taxi. We had to wait 1 and a half hours at the port for the next water taxi. We paid for roundtrip transport for our family of 5 and the ride back to the airport was a no show. Thank God another driver made arrangements to take us to the airport.

We loved our stay. Our room was huge and so beautifully decorated! Loved the huge balcony overlooking the pool. I was celebrating my birthday and our room got decorated and they gave us a yummy cake. Housekeeping replenished the fridge with water bottles everyday! We could walk to the grocery store and found a small bakery with delicious breakfast items as well. We were always greeted by smiles from all the staff and it made us feel like we were home! The only disappointment was the construction at the beachfront and a funky ocean smell while the construction was taking place. The pool is nice but wished they had some type of entertainment schedule. The lounge chairs were always available with plenty of towels. Not annoying towel cards to keep up with. like other hotels. Overall, we had s wonderful time and would stay here again.
