Great

Beautiful resort but our room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Dirt was around the tub area, shower had used bottle of shampoo / conditioner that was never replaced. Faucets were dirty and also shower heads. It seemed like there was only A/C in our hotel room, everywhere else was hot as hell. Also the concierge guys who sit at the desk on the first floor of the buildings near the elevator harassed us the entire 5 days we were there to meet with someone regarding a “promotion” which we didn’t have time nor were interested. Kept calling our room at 8 am which was very obnoxious and wouldn’t stop.

Excellent travel

Zero A/C indoors any restaurant on property. A/C don’t work that well in room, mini bar was poorly stocked, buffet food was not good for breakfast, stage at buffet was not good as you had to wait for drinks and they would never stop by. arrive to eat with an Hour left and nothing was stocked, tiles missing in pools and some structure repairs were needed. Food at restaurants were good. They had people trying to sell you timeshares when you arrived and also had people walking up all day trying to sell homemade items. Probably will not be back.

A beautiful property, excellent services, amenities, excellent restaurants and great food.

Room was spacious and comfortable. But bathroom had mold. Service at Hunters was perfect! Our servers Damian and Julio were great! But at Grazie restaurant the air conditioning was bad and the food came out wrong after an hour of waiting. Also on the hallways and public bathroom there were roaches. Overall was ok but there is room for improvement for a 4 diamond hotel.

So this place is a mixed bag. The property itself is nice but the service is lacking. When I aksed for a drink at dinner or other meals, I might get it before I was finished eating or I might not get it at all. Our room had a weird smell and when I got home everything in my bag had to be washed because that smell came home in everything. The restaurants were ok but not great. My wife and I both got sick while we were there. It took us a couple days to actually figure out what was available and when as they don't really post clear schedules. There is only one place for breakfast and it's all the way up in the main lobby area so get ready for a long walk first thing in the morning. They also allow vendors to set up tents inside the property and walk freely around the property. You expect to be acosted when youre out and about but you don't want that when youre inside the resort. Most of the activities listed in the description are not actually available without a paid excursion which isn't clear when booking. Finally the resort charged us $45 for sunblock which is actually criminal and was my final straw. I do not recommend this property and I'm honestly not sure if its the actual property or if this is just the DR in general. But I dont need or want to return.

The service was above and beyond I had the pleasure to meet the Executive Chef walking to my room and he asked me how was my stay and where was my dinner reservation for that night and he prepared something very special that night for at the Ocean View restaurant. The Grill buffet excelente chef was so nice and all the server very pleasant. I was feeling a little sick and Luis prepared me lime and seltzer and bitters that definitely helped my stomach. I my wonderful guy Angel I don’t have words to say how he treated me for the whole entire stay. I definitely want to go back as soon as possible thank you all for your attention oh almost forgot about my morning room service excellent.

Terrible service, rooms were not cleaned.

There were flies in the the beach buffet and cockroaches in the room also in the main buffet were small cockroaches I not going to return this was disgusting …

Everything was perfect

Poor service due to limit staff, some individuals like Nanci, Jahiara, and the person in the sandwich area provided excellence service, limit food and variety, sour beer no premium liquor, pool dirty

$300 gourmet meal that was gelatin with flavoring.

Room service must be better. We ordered a salas at 10pm and i didnt get the salad until 1:30am

My stay at this resort was pleasant, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Amazing Stay!

Yaribel our concierge and our house cleaning lady, Maribel, made our trip the best! I would definitely recommend!

The location and the view of the property

There were cockroaches in my room... twice. I killed one and the second one was in the shower on our final day. We wre with a group so showered in another room. Another room had a cockroach and there were a couple on the outside walls. Food... not the best. Staff very nice. Foam party was great. We had four rooms in a row with swim-outs. Personal long length pool. Nice.

We loved the resort all together, the food was great, the staff especially Jobani, Recquel, Maythes were awesome, so nice and helpful. In the buffet area all staff members were beyond nice:)) The only thing they need to improve is cleaning of the rooms and sheets needs to be whiter and cleaner.

Love this hotel and love the staff Carlos in the check in are is the best highly recommended✅✅

Yaribel was wonderful and made our stay streefree. We are making this our yearly getaway.

Nice property I would recommend

Well I am very disappointed with you because I bought these package for water park that was supposed to be included and at the reception the said that was only for the club members, the people are very nice and the property, the only thing was the check in, the gave us the room very late. We have to wait for around 50 minutes and at the check out the lady was so rude.

Very nice good food

I've stayed at nicer resorts in the area... staff was not friendly and we had a hard time communicating in English. We did like the kids area for our grandson.
