Our first family trip to the mountains for Christmas. Property was just as expected. Close to everything.

We really enjoyed this cabin! Had plenty to keep 6 teenagers occupied if we didn’t want to get out. Location was ideal for our needs on this trip! Will definitely stay again!

This rental was great. My family had a lot of fun inside the cabin itself and it was also very close to everything that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg had to offer. The only negative thing I could say is that the hot tub needed some maintenance and the board games were missing a lot of pieces.

Amazing home with lots of things to do. Wouldn't even need to go into town for entertainment if you didnt want to. The home was very clean and provided the perfect amount of space for my family. I'm thankful we were relocated to this property vs the original due to evacuations. The property management company was very helpful in making our trip happen considering the circumstances.

The cabin was clean, beautifully decorated, and has many features that helped our family create many wonderful memories. The theater room, mini golf course, game area, and hot tub are just a.few of the many amenities. The location is only about 5 minutes away from the main strip of pigeon forge, but remains quiet and has gorgeous mountain views. The owner is very nice and even stopped by to ensure we had enough propane for the grill and to see if we needed anything. We will definately be back!!

The S’more family fun cabin was extremely inviting and clean. It offers many amenities and the perfect get away for families or just adults looking for a break to act like big kids. Our group very much enjoyed our stay and would come back and/or recommend it out. However I would like to give a fair review and also address some of the amenities that need a bit of attention. Internet was out our entire trip which meant only the movie room offered a working tv from the DVD player which had a small select to choose from. The blender in the kitchen and the gas grill outside were not working. Only two of the seats within the hot tub had working jets. And last but not least the neighbor in the back was not friendly. We had a snowy game of corn hole going about 4pm on Sunday while listening to classic rock at a very reasonable level, the backyard neighbor decided to yell across the yard at us, to let us know she was not happy about having guest and expects us to have our music put away at 9pm. Mark, the neighbor next door was extremely friendly and offered us salt for the driveway as the winter storm rolled in. Overall we made the best of our time and understand things happen. I would suggestion for a bit more attention to the property between stays to make sure everything is in working order.

We had a great time. Everyone had space to call their own. Plenty of spaces for getting together too. The game room was well used as was the kitchen. We used it all and had a really great family vacation. Thank you for providing a great experience for all ages. 3 months to 75 years. Special for all of us.

The cabin was just like the pictures on website. It was very spacious and had great amenities. The kids especially loved the theatre room, putt putt mini golf and arcade games. My favorite was enjoying the view and having a bonfire. It's so close to downtown pigeon forge. I would recommend going to forbidden caverns as the caves are really cool. It was fun to just relax at the cabin. I would definitely stay there again.

We all enjoyed the cabin. There were so many things to do there, putt putt, bean bag, pool, theater seating, etc. it was close to the parkway but terribly narrow roads, even for that area.

It was a great place to stay! My grandkids loved the miniature golf and games. Adults liked the movie room and hot tub! I would definitely stay there again! Close to Pigeon Forge!

I would do it again.

This property was extremely clean. It provided everything we needed for our annual family vacation. The basement game room, and other amenities provided a place for our teens to hang out and enjoy their time together. Check in was easy and was convenient for two separate families.

A memory maker. There are cabins with a pool table, or a multicade, etc.... but this one was LOADED with games and putt-putt and football and a large hot tub and fire pit and really unique and cool games. It's the first time we've ever got a cabin and didn't leave for anything. What a treat!

Except for being dusty and cabinets unclean it was a nice cabin. Near a Walmart and restaurants. Great basement with tons of things to enjoy from the movie theater, to board games, and toys for the little ones.

Mini putt putt, corn hole boards, hot tub, and checkers out side were great but that’s not all. Downstairs there are a mini arcade, pool table, football table, mini fridge, large connect four and a movie/karaoke room that my family loved.

The place was nice and clean when we arrived. The driveway is a bit steep, but the view was beautiful. Also, I think one side of jets of the hot tub weren't working when we got there. I didn't mind, though, since I couldn't get my hair wet. We all had a really great time!

Our family enjoyed the hot tub, mini golf and movie room most. The hot tub did feel a little slimy, so maybe the water could be cleaner. Otherwise great space, it was all very nice and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was exceptionally clean. The only negative is that there was no working WiFi. When I reached out to management about the wifi, they didn’t respond. I have Sprint, so my service was horrible in that area and WiFi was really needed. People who were with us that had Straight Talk and Cricket Wireless had great service in the area. Other than WiFi issues, the cabin was perfect. It actually looks better in person. Everyone adored and enjoyed this cabin stay.

The website showed there was a pull out couch in the game room and there wasn’t so kids had to share a bed. It also said there was a spa tub in the master suit and it was just a big bath tub with no jets. We had to get maintenance to come fix the sound in the theater room and the remote for tv was missing. Hot tub was dirty. Pool sticks were bent. Stone for pizza oven looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. We enjoyed our stay but for the money we paid the cabin did not meet my expectations.
