Great location, walking distance to airport and beach, amenities, parking available for golf cart, very clean!

We had a very good stay here. Flat is very central and modern, and it has parking. Only thing to keep in mind is that neither the bathroom nor the bedroom have windows, so the flat feels quite dark. On the other hand San Pedro is very noisy so the absence of windows in the bedroom is okay in order to sleep.

We absolutely loved our stay. New and modern accommodations, wonderful location, steps away from ferry, beach, and the best restaurants! We also had an opportunity to meet with the property owner. He was so friendly, hospitable and welcoming. The property management company was very friendly, professional and accommodating! Between the owner and property manager the service that we received was 5 star. Will definitely visit again!!

This brand new condo is beautiful and modern and only a block away from the coast and right in the middle of lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, markets, and activity. We met the owner - great guy who was over-the-top helpful and friendly. Everything in the condo was perfect for our 10 day stay. The only negative impression I can share has nothing to do with the condo, location, or owner. It is the property management company, Vacasa, and the unbelievable fees they charge and the fact that their service isn't any better than any others (our rep quit the day before we arrived and we weren't informed until I got angry at her non-response and called their HQ). I likely will shy away from properties managed by them in the future. VRBO charges a fee as one would expect (was a reasonable15%). But the other fees (presumably from Vacasa) were another 21.5% on top of that fee (total fees of >36%) and we stayed for 10 nights. We knew the fees going into it, so it wasn't a surprise, but like I said I'll think twice before renting a property from Vacasa with such outrageous fees.

We love this apartment! It was steps away from all the shops, restaurants and the beach. It is modern, clean & pretty quiet for being in the heart of town. We stayed in a one bedroom/bath it had a pull out couch if you needed. The place was stocked with what you needed for your stay (toilet paper, soaps etc.) & it had a washer & dryer which is a huge plus on the island! The bedroom is in the middle of the apartment so it’s cool, dark & quite for sleep! The sun rises early & most places don’t have nice thick curtains to block out light & for privacy when needed. The place had a comfy bed (hard to find in all of our stays on the island) and soft sheets, blankets & a light throw for the couch (great for naps in the air conditioning). We left all the overhead fans on all the time to circulate air & while out & about and the place stayed relatively cool. The air conditioning is great in both rooms & place doesn’t heat up when you turn them off, when fans are on. It has a wee little patio which is nice as you can see the bay. We met the owner while there who was super friendly & made sure our stay was going well. The apartment is locked securely with a Digital lock & a regular key. The entry & stairs are cleaned daily & it well lit stairs. Please note this apartment is up stairs, it does tell you that in the description. However, if you have mobility issues climbing this is not the place for you. For us, we wanted to walk, climb and move so we can enjoy all the amazing food & beaches. You should rent a cart if you are new to the island & want to explore the many places around the island. Overall, we have stayed at many places so as a newly empty nest couple this place was perfect! Can’t wait to rent here again & maybe get the larger place for family & friends!
