I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Varna! What stood out the most was the incredible communication with the host – she was always quick to respond and helped with every little problem immediately. When the TV stopped working, she arranged for a brand-new one within 24 hours! The new TV is a Google TV, so you can easily log in with your Netflix or Amazon Prime account.On another day, the internet went out, but she immediately addressed the issue and provided me with a new internet connection. She’s truly an amazingly fast troubleshooter. The apartment itself was spotless, with a spacious and beautiful shower, and the balcony was a lovely sun trap, getting sunlight until around 5 PM. There is a construction site directly in front of the apartment, but it didn't bother me as they only started at 8 AM, and I'm an early riser. I also want to highlight the location – it’s extremely central, just a 3-minute walk to the main promenade and 5 minutes to the beach. A big thank you from the bottom of my heart to the host – I would happily stay here again anytime.

There was no coffee machine, which I really missed in the mornings. Also, the couch was quite uncomfortable and hard, which made relaxing a bit difficult.

The apartment is well equipped and it is close to beach and the city centre.

The apartment looks clean at the first glance, but it is not. The shower is filthy. It is very noisy - even with closed windows. Right opposite the apartment is a huge building site. They start to work at about 7.30 in the morning. Definately the worst mattress I have ever slept on. It should be replaced. The sofa is also very uncomfortable to sleep on. Do not expect a warm welcome.

The atmosphere - clean and nicely decorated Have all you need from utensils and even a hair dryer. Location is spot on next to main street and so close to the beach (didnt go there as it was January but so close!) The blankets at the chairs at the terrace were a lovely touch! There are couple of parkings nearby

The sofa isnt confortable for sleeping. It was me and my parents so I had to sleep.on the sofa and it is very hard/firm and not good for sleeping at all so I would highly recommend the flat but in case you dont need that extra sleep space of the sofa!

The location is the main asset of this nice, well equipped apartment. It is very clean and has all you need for a pleasant stay. Fully stuffed kitchen, air conditioning, wooden floors, balcony and even an underground parking garage. There is an elevator.

The beds are pretty awful 😞 In the bedroom, the mattress is very uneven and you can feel each and every spring in it. The sofa in the living room is even worse. Padding on it no longer works. A hard wooden frame is very prominent. There is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, despite the vent working properly.

We liked the balcony, although we overlooked a recently destructed building, so there was nothing pleasant to look at. To be fair, it was winter, so we didn't want to use the balcony anyway. The kitchen was nicely laid out and was well-equipped. The lighting throughout was also nice, with both overhead and lamps.

My husband could feel the bed slats, and the couch was very low to the ground. We could also feel the frame through the couch. The shower was rather small.

The place has a great location just in the centre and near the Sea Garden. There is a parking area in the street very close to the apartment. The apartment was wide and comfortable. It included what we need. I can stay there in my next visit.

Ventilation of the bathroom is very bad. Always a bad smell. It could be better.
