Comfortable clean and the staff were super nice.

This hotel was clean all around. Service was great. We have nothing bad ro say ..great location as well. Continental breakfast was great too.

My only complaint was the bed was off-center from the TV. Comfortable couch. Comfortable bed. You can log into your Netflix account on the tv which was a HUGE plus

Curtains had stains/ brown debris and carpets had several red stains. Bedding was clean and comfy.

We have family in the area and have stayed at this hotel maybe 4-5 times. after trying other hotels nearby we like this one the best. Its a bit out of the chaos of Pigeon Forge which is nice but close enough to get to places easily. If you get a room on the parking lot side you get a parking lot light in your window, as they are angled towards the hotel. If you are on the other side of the hotel you get a mountain or woods view . This time we had a balcony and fireplace room. Fireplace is ELECTRIC wish I saw that beforehand. Thought it would had been gas. The balcony also has a bright light on it but it wasn't as bad as the parking lot side. ( even with blackout drapes) Breakfast is great and varies day by day. Staff is friendly and insightful. Has indoor and outdoor pool. Could NOT get into the fitness center, key cards would not work. Never inquired about it though. Will definitely stay again.

Coming from out of state we didn’t really know the area of this hotel. Previous reviews helped me choose this hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff were polite and friendly. Kids loved the swimming pool and to our surprise the outdoor pool was still open as well! In our state the outdoor pools close at the beginning of September so my son was excited to splash around outside and then come inside for the indoor pool. Close to a lot of food places and things to do for fun as well. We were pleased that the breakfast wasn’t your typical “crappy hotel breakfast”. There were many options for all of our picky eaters. Waffles, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, French toast stick and many other things to choose from. Very happy with our stay we will definitely be back to visit some of the other attractions nearby. The only negative part of our stay was the internet wasn’t connecting for my laptop but in the end it was no big deal i just used my hotspot. Other than that great stay!

No issues checkin was fine had to wait a moment to be seen but that’s fine. Checked in no issue Checked out no issue Would stay again Was clean and comfy. I DID like the outdoor fire pit area and splash area pretty cool however due to special weather conditions . The splash area wasn’t an option, HOWEVER the indoor pool was open till 10!

Very Pleasant and restful stay!

The property was clean, staff was great and the rooms comfortable. The bathroom is a little tiny but overall was fine. The poor person at breakfast needed help. They were trying but it was just too busy for the staff they had. We were there 3 days and didn’t even attempt breakfast 2 of the 3. You could tell management takes shortcuts on the breakfast. Just by not watering down the OJ would make a big difference. Check in and out was super fast. The desk clerks were all great. Housekeeping is every 3 days which was fine, they were quick to offer any additional needs. Had read reviews about noise and/or smells. But we did t experience any of that. Was quite, just your normal morning traffic. The evenings were quite, couldn’t hear people in other rooms at all.

The room was great there just a few things I would have like to be better there was hair on the shower floor, there were a few quarter size stains on the sheets maybe they couldn't get out, and the towel handle was falling off. Other than that I loved that he room was so big, had a lot of space included a good size couch, the fireplace created a nice ambiance. The staff were very friendly. Overall it was good!

The music in the lobby was a little loud as our room was 2 rooms down the hall

Enjoyable time

Showing a little wear; needs some touch ups. Our door was standing ajar when we arrived, so we did not feel safe. Our concern was addressed immediately by excellent staff at the front desk. Apparently, it was an oversight of housekeeping that led to room cleaning/prep not being completed. The front desk staff secured our room and gave us clean towels. The room was nice and ready otherwise.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and our room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that there aren’t chairs to sit in on the balcony.

Kids had a great time playing in the indoor and outdoor pool with splash pad. Patio and fire pit area is very nice. Room decor is a little dated, but the room was clean. Hotel is conveniently located.

There was black mold in our shower. This in turn caused my girl friend to have a horrible reaction that caused us to miss this first day of our vacation in Atlanta due to her sickness.

The property was great all around the only thing is the elevator is very sketchy we thought we were stuck because we had too many people on the elevator which was only 7 people but way under the weight limit of course but the rooms were clean besides one of the sheets on the pullout needed changed but the staff gave us new ones as soon as we asked everything else was amazing about the hotel staff was very nice

Great experience

My room was nice and spacious. It was clean for the most part but I cockroach did come crawling up the bed while I was laying it. So I wasn't too happy about that. I understand that happens so I would stay again if that area. The indoor pool was nice and the sitting area for outside was nice. Little noisy from traffic but still enjoyed reading my book. The walls are paper thin though so beware of that. I could hear people talking in the hallways and when they would flush their toilet or take a shower. But otherwise it was a good stay and had a good nights sleep after I killed the cockroach :)

It was a good experience overall will stay again

Staff was nice. Continental breakfast was limited and they clean everything up a little sooner than the end time. Our room had dirty sheets, the toilet wasn’t fixed to the floor so it moved every time you sat down. The pool outside is more of a splash pad. Kids enjoyed it but liked the indoor pool better. Little fireplace outside is nice to sit by, it would be nice if they sold stuff to make snores but I understand that might be more of a mess for them to clean.

This had to be the best value in a hotel I may have ever had! Everything was good and the breakfast was great! I would highly recommend!

We had excellence experience. We had a nice time with pool and splash pad too. Overall it well cleanness hotels and nice friendly staff and breakfast was good too.

nice place to stay

We had a room with two queen beds and a pullout couch as we were traveling with our teenagers. The pullout couch was terribly uncomfortable.

The room smelled of marijuana. There was a hole in the bathtub and a fingernail that was pulled from the nail bed was on the floor next to the bed. The A/C was not working and after inquiring was told it needed to be plugged in as of I should have known that. The staff came across as unfriendly and seemed irritated when we complained of the strong marijuana smell. Was told they could offer an air freshener if the smell bothered me. I had to request another room. Overall the stay was unpleasant.
