1 night in and out

The room was very clean and very comfortable. The staff members were friendly and professional. We are very happy with our stay.

Thin walls, you could hear the noisy showers from the other rooms. Lousy breakfast!! No coffee or hot beverages. Just yogurt, apples and granola bars.

It was super clean, comfy beds and nice staff. Only complaint is AC was really loud and they had a Nespresso machine and would prefer regular coffee or at least have coffee in lobby.

Overall, Vista Inn is decent if you're looking for a budget-friendly place to stay. The room itself was pretty basic, but that's what I expected. The bedding was a bit uncomfortable, both comforter and pillows were too warm. The AC unit, while somewhat effective, was very loud and highly disruptive to my sleep, turning on and off repeatedly. My room was close to the neighbouring restaurant, a source of noise well into the night. Another big bummer was the water getting shut off without any warning. I'll give the benefit of the doubt and assume it was outside the property's control, but that doesn't make it any less inconvenient and effort should have been made to communicate details with guests. On the plus side, the staff at check-in were super friendly and helpful. The view from my room was pretty amazing, and the towels were nice and fluffy. If you're on a tight budget and don't mind dealing with a few quirks, the Vista Inn might be a good option. But if you're looking for a luxurious stay, you might want to look elsewhere.

Great hotel to stay in Kelowna.

The pool was closed when we got there which was a bummer for our kids. Parking was easy. Beds were comfy. AC was nice and cold. Staff were friendly. Updates to the rooms were tasteful. The viewpoint park was a little seedy - I didn’t love having to walk the dog up there in the dark. But we all made it out ok.

Our room smelled bad like someone was cooking curry. We left windows open all through the night but the smell was still there even in the morning. We found hair in the bathroom sink as well. But it is a quiet location, close to grocery store. The check inn was fast and easy.

clean and tidy with an excellent Indian Restaurant next door. We were honestly shocked just how nicely finished and clean and tidy the room was. We had motorcycled a long distance so were tired and worn out and we given a free upgrade to a ground floor king room. Definitely worth all the stars we gave them and would stay here every time we come to town.

Nice and clean property. Excellent front desk staff. No breakfast offered, but restaurants within a few minutes driving distance.

Nicely remodeled rooms. Friendly service. Special coffees, but unfortunately no tea. But we were able to get a hot water kettle from the desk. We very much appreciate the eco friendly soap and shampoo dispensers.

Room was ok. Done cheaply. Air conditioner very noisy and you could hear all road traffic.
