Everything was excellent. From check-in to check out, Marco made sure I was provided with personalized and friendly service. The location was excellent, the room was spacious, clean and had all the modern amenities. The bathroom was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. The building although old is beautifully maintained and decorated in Italian old wood charm. The breakfast was good and the dining area was not crowded with three windows that overlook the Grand Canal and partially the Rialto. This small hotel is not only value for the money, but will make your Venetian stay in Italian old world charm.

Room was beautiful. Hotel was right near the Rialto bridge with taxi's, gondolas, many good resturaunts just outside the door. Mathew was very helpful in getting taxis, gondola rides and suggesting restuarants.

The staff in the front desk is awesome. There was no a/c the time we were there but opening the windows was just perfect. Everything is around specially alot of restaurants we even had a view from our hotel room.

Great staff!! Beautiful hotel so well situated easy to get to with the water bus, a few step away from the hotel. Great breakfast and by the Rialto Bridge. Love that it was on the Grand Canal easy was to San Macro maybe 8 to 10 minutes. If we return to Venice we will stay here again !

My wife and I loved Palazzo Bembo. Great location just steps from Rialto bridge and the ferry, yet quiet and with a magnificent view from the breakfast room. Comfortable room and absolutely amazing staff. A big thank you to Alice who checked us in and to Thomas who took great care of us during all our stay. He even lent me a pair of gum boots as the city was flooded, so I was able to discover the beauties of Venice! Highly recommended:) Frankie and Nat

The location was truly excellent. The room was spacious with an updated bathroom. The hotel itself is on the top floor of the Palazzo with the lower floors occupied by a modern art gallery (which is truly worth going through if you are an art lover!), meaning that the rooms were super quiet. It was a very peaceful atmosphere which was a great reprieve from the throng of tourists outside! Also, the staff was very attentive and the breakfast very good. We were a family of four in the room (kids are 12 and 17) and were quite comfortable.

I understand the cancellation policy but due to the need of room in venice I think the service Desk should be more willing to adjust the charges else I would not have released the room. I was gracious enough to understand the need.

So hard to get your luggage up

Loved the cozy classic bedroom, the big modern bathroom, and the beautiful view of the Grand Canal and the Rialto bridge.

This is wonderfully quirky hotel - although "hotel" does not really describe it well. There are only 6 rooms and the staff are so welcoming it feels very special. The location is perfect - right next to the Rialto Bridge with views of that and the Grand Canal from the breakfast room.

Hotel is close to the water bus station and close to St Marks Square .

Was impossible to find. It took me one hour. The directions from Hotels.com we’re not good. Once I arrived the Wi-Fi did not work. The staff was friendly but that does not make up for being the worst stay I’ve had in my life.

From check in to check out, Palazzo Bembo and it’s staff did not disappoint! Great space in a great location with very helpful staff!

Perfect location and comfortable room. The only negative is that breakfast starts at 8AM. The hotel will prepare a bagged breakfast to-go the night before, if you have to check out before breakfast is served.

Great location by the Rialto bridge. Walk everywhere or take the vaporetto which stops right in front of the hotel. The room was very quiet, spacious and wonderfully old-world with fabric wall coverings and antique wooden furniture. Staff were relaxed and friendly. The little location is right in the heart of the tourist area so outside the hotel was very crowded during the busy August tourist season. But there are a couple of grocery stores —one right in the building, and in a few minutes you can get to less congested areas. We didn’t choose the breakfast option but were nevertheless treated to a free passegiato treat of prosecco, tea, coffee, and fruit in the late afternoon.
