Beautiful hotel nestled in the heart of Venice. The AC was not working properly making the temperature and humidity uncomfortable. Highly recommend if AC is repaired.

Hotel is in the center of everything. Room is decent butgetting arpund was easy. It about 5 to 10bmin walk to the major sites

There is no sign on the door. I was walking around in circles for 3 hours until I walked in. When I asked why there are no signs, the Assistant said it costs money to put a sign up...(?). The Shower space is very limited. If you weight more than 130 lbs, you won't fit in there. Other than that, all else was superb.

Most hotels in the Venice area are dated. It’s important to note this hotel has no elevator however it’s only 2 levels. Located Right by the canal and within 5-10 walling minutes of all the major sites. Close to Rialto Bridge, 6 min, which is a major stop on the ferry. Rooms have AC and are a decent size. No staff in the evening or overnight. You will be given a physical key to your room which you can’t lose since there is no overnight staff to let you in if you return late.

This is definitely a no-frills room, at least ours was. But we did not get lost every time we went out and it was a quiet street. Also, staff was great at giving directions with a map and letting us leave our luggage. They could not have been nicer.

Perfect location. Maria on the desk gave lovely customer service. Was very helpful and knowledgeable. Both rooms were perfect. Had canal view on both . Will be definitely staying again . Very reasonable price for Venice . Thankyou

Great property, beautiful view, great location, clean, very welcoming, breakfast was great and the price was really good. Very happy with our stay. Only complaint was we had to pay to lock our bags for a few hours. 10€/ locker.

Great little hotel, Reception staff (Maria) was lovely and very helpful. It's more of a house with rooms than a hotel as there are very limited facilities outside of the rooms (i.e. none). Certainly not suitable for anyone with physical disabilities as the stairs are steep (no lift). Location is near to lots of dining and shopping so great and only 4-5 minutes to the Rialto and St Marks. Really enjoyed the experience

Nice view

Our key wouldn't open the front door. Got stuck outside at night in a hail storm. Had to go find another hotel. Then they made it difficult to get our money back.

The hotel was a perfect location. The room was very clean and the cleaners came in each day Unfortunately the airconditioning was not active and the room was very warm. We slept with a couple of windows open and shutters closed. The lical mosquitoes saw this as an invite to join us for the night and they had a feast The bed was also firm

A bit old but ideally located. No breakfast so a coffee machine at least would have been appreciated

This place is full of mold. It should not be called a hotel.

Views of the canal were amazing!

We really liked the decoration of the room; it gave the vibes of old luxury venetian style. The area is in a quite place and close to a lot of tourist spots, like the piazza of S. Marco and the boat stops for the other islands. The room was clean.

The hotel did not have an elevator and the second floor was actually on the 3rd floor. No one to help us with our baggage . Bathroom only had tub shower and no grab bars for safety and very slippery. Definitely not designed for handicap. Hotel location was not as said, very hard to find.

We had a wonderful time here. The room had a strong Venice feel to it and was quite comfortable. Maria was really helpful with suggestions and directions too! Getting to the hotel from the train station was a bit of a challenge as we have never been to Venice.

Cute little place and close to everything.

We felt like we had a real Venetian experience as this lovely hotel was right in the middle of canal life. With round the corner proximity to amazing dining, picturesque plazas, and a variety of shopping venues, you did not have to walk far to have great experiences. The rooms are wonderfully decorated and comfortable. A great base for your Venice trip.
