I wrote the property a message. They replied with a general statement. I will not stay here again. They are to many upcharges, that are not mentioned on expedia. I dont stay at rental property that make prices when you get their. They should included all property prices on expedia..

Nicely located, friendly staff.

The place was not clean. The mattress was awful I can feel the springs. The staff were unpleasant and did not speak or understand English except for the receptionist Antonio. When I arrived I asked why I could not reach anyone because my flight was canceled due to weather and arrived a day late. He said they don't take phone calls only WhatsApp messages. I asked why the email I received from them had a number and it said to call anytime with questions but he did not bother to answer me. The bathroom smells like the sewer. When you dry after showering, the towels smell like sewers. After two days I checked out of that awful place and had to pay for an Airbnb in Bavaro to salvage our vacation. When we checked out early Antonio asked why and we told him he said he would file a case. We have heard nothing and they refuse to issue a refund.

Just had issues with the internet other than that it was a great get away! Everyone was super helpful and friendly

The location of this property is perfect. Literally walking distance to the beach. Perfect location. Very nice exterior of property also. Very scenic. Thr location is excellent because there are a ton of dinning options around the way. Shops, laundry mat, etc. everything you need is in the area. But the room/suite was sub par. The fans where janky. I was scared to turn one on because it would shake like it could fall off. The room safe was rusty and wouldn't work. There was no microwave in the room. There was stains everywhere on the towels and bed cushions. So the location was great but the room was sub par. The staff were very nice and helpful and the on site hotel security made me feel safe.

This property is not well maintained. Some of the ACs did not work. There is a construction next door and the dust goes into the apartments. Also there is loud noises early morning. Streets are muddy. I do not recommend.

It is close to the beach that is the only good thing. The rooms are too old, buildings are not marked clearly.the roads are very bad in condition. It is very noisy due to construction there is no peace in the room. And the room isn't luxurious and it is too old.

We stayed there last week. Very nice place, clean and friendly staff. They are doing renovations to some of their villas. We had a great time.

The hotel was horrible. They robbed me on the middle in the night while I was sleeping. The people at the hotel were rude and didn’t support when I reported the incident until I called the US Embassy. The only thing they said that I need to go to the police station and file the report. I told them that didn’t have any cash for a taxi and they didn’t offered help. I left the hotel the same day and they didnt want to refund the money for the rest of the nights. I was traumatized with the incident and wasn’t able to eat the whole day. I needed to look for another hotel and paid extra money to move from this hotel. Besides all these the hotel charged me for electricity. I paid 21.50 for the whole stay, plus 10 dls extra because I arrived late after 8 pm. I won’t recommend this hotel at all because when I went to the Police Station to file a report the incident they told me that this wasn’t the first time they had a robbery report.

The place is under construction. The maids do not clean the room unless you ask for it and wait. The internet is wonky. Security is good. You get what you pay for. The price and location are good, but the service reflects what lacks. By USA standards, this place not great. By developing country standards, it is fine. Avoid the on site travel agent, had bad experiences.

Had no power last day, apartment door was broken during our stay 8 days and they didnt fix it, anybody could get in without a key but it was safe. Overall you get what you pay for

We booked a stay from a Saturday night to a Wednesday night. Last minute we added Friday night. Literally 1 of the staff spoke broken English at best. When we got to our first nights room, the air didn’t work in the living area and the air in the master bedroom was leaking all over the floor. The shower was cold and it was very noisy with yelling and mopeds speeding by. The beach access wasn’t easy to find and we were bombarded by locals selling things. Not a pleasant experience. The second day, they made us check out having no where to accommodate our luggage. We ended up renting a car to take us to Hard Rock Resort to spend the day at the casino. We had a great time hanging out there for the day. We checked in for the duration of the originally booked stay, we were walked through the villas area. This beach access was very nice. It was cleaner with chairs and little huts (as you see in the pictures here on Expedia). It was definitely a much nicer experience, however, there was a man sitting outside our door and on our patio! He said he was “security”. He was on his phone most the night with the volume up quite loud. Very annoying and scary. One of the showers didn’t work and there was no where to get more bottled water. We moved our flight to leave 2 days early, we were so unhappy. We even spent our last day on a day pass to Iberostar resort with amazing pool, beautiful beach, drinks and food. All in all terrible experience. Do not recommend Los Corales.

Love this quiet place, nice beach area really close by. Love it and definitely recommend and come back again!!

MAIN DOOR LOCK WAS BROKEN, ROACHES EVEWERE,CLOSET DOOR ARR BROKEN, BED PLATFORM BROKEN...I NEED ALL MY MONEY BACK OTHERWISE I WON'T USED EXPEDIA AGAIN...I HAD TO LEAVE THE PLACE NEXT DAY FIRST TIME IM THE MORNING. PLEASE RE IMVERSE ALL MY MONEY, END UP PAING OVER A $1,000 BECAUSE THAT PLACE

Didn’t had hot water for 3 days. Never responded for questions. Charge for daily cleaning and they never came to clean neither take out trash until complaining multiple times. Worst customer service. Will never came back and please stay away from this place. Not family friendly. In the beach area people come asking if you want to buy drugs.

I would visit them again. They were polite and nice to me. I felt safe. The driver was amazing. He made me feel comfortable all the time. His name is Andres. The sea is like few meters from the building and there are many restaurants around the area. The food was yummy! The parties were sane, cultural parties and I was lucky to enjoy the live music and dancers at those places. Lot of fun we can have at Los Corales. Kind of noisy because they also have construction workers doing their jobs so be ready for the Caribbean life 😂

What I liked about the Resort was the resort Was close to the Beach, friends staff and great Security too, Guards at the Gate do their job. Also great to see the lively atmosphere too.

My room was perfect and right off the beach. Only wish they had hot water for showers but other than that it was perfect.

Loved the view, quietness and security.
