The staff were incredibly helpful, the breakfast was great and it's in a quieter location of Venice which I preferred. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was wonderful. The location was excellent away from the hustle and bustle and hordes of tourists near San Marco but still close to all the sights and restaurants. Most of all, the staff, Tania and Silvia were very friendly, helpful and always ready with suggestions and ideas on sights to see and restaurants. They made us feel welcome and made our stay very pleasant.

One of the best hotels in Venice, truly charming. Staff were amazing! Breakfast was amazing! It's small but has a big heart. Cannot recommend this place more!

Understaffed, they met every expectation and delivered every time. But the poor staff need more help you can tell they're stressed to meet the guests needs even though they delivered. So charming, nice and friendly and always willing to help! The rooms are quiet but you can hear banging of luggage from other rooms, not a fault from the hotel most likely the buildings in Venice, just bear that in mind.

I have to say Charming House is a best kept secret! Such a prime location next to the Guggenheim museum. So good looking and spotless! My partner loved the ironed pillow cases every day! Every morning your breakfast is made for you and your liking. Fresh variety of sliced fruit with hot croissants from the oven. AND the best coffee! I want to go back next year again! Cant wait!!

Great location, nice room, good breakfast, very welcoming and accommodating. Arranged for water transport from the airport and met us at the dock to help with luggage.

It was a little odd to be in a separate building around the corner from the main one. But it was fine. If it had been very rainy, though, it would have been not great to get to breakfast.

Breakfast is brought to the room at no extra charge. Very comfortable a great location, near to transport and restaurants etc. Felt luxury at a decent price.
