Welcomed with a smile. We were able to check in early. Lovely room. Really clean unless you were looking for “dirt”. Right across from the beach so depending on your room you might have a beach view. 4th floor has a balcony facing the beach. Prices were great for the area. Area was nice and had friendly people. The hotel has three parking lots of varying size, one in front of the lobby, under the building, and at the back of the building. After checkout they let us keep our vehicle in the parking lot while went to get food and check out the wharf, this may be because they did not have a lot of people at the moment but it does not hurt to ask.

My six-year-old daughter and I stayed here for one night. The staff were all so kind and welcoming. Walking distance to the Boardwalk and the Wharf. Right across the street from the beach. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here one night. Staff was awesome at checkin, super friendly and helpful. Location to the beach is perfect, cafe attached to the hotel had excellent coffee and the hotel is within walking distance to great restaurants and the pier.

Walls and afloor very thin our room was neat and elevator and a main door to the hallway. We were only there one night. The people above us didnt sleep ALL night there were walking stomping like troops ALL Night .
It seemed like many rooms were available I would not fill the 3rd floor at all smh

The gal at the front desk was very accommodating. I said I didn’t know which room we were in, but I was hoping it would be a room with a balcony and a view of the ocean. She checked and was able to get us just what I asked for.

cute little hotel and perfect for a solo getaway trip! i stayed in the king room right on the water with a balcony and it was so dreamy. just what i needed for a mental reset! would absolutely stay here again.

A terrific getaway spot adjacent to the beach and boardwalk. Newly updated rooms, comfy bed, and wonderful staff accommodated our needs and questions with aplomb. Dennis is an absolute gem and set the tone for a very enjoyable stay.

Awesome hotel, great location. They shouldn't charge $25 a day for parking due to the small limited amount of space available. Parking on the street is easier.

This listing in false you- paid for ocean view to be told they were sold out and the listing was false, also hidden fees at hotel they tax you and it’s $30 parking fee
Not to mention myself and another party waited over15 in lobby for host to come out and this was after we had called 2x.

Hotel room was very clean. The walls are thick so I didn’t hear any street noise. The location is right across the street from Santa Cruz boardwalk, where you can rent e-bikes and find docking stations throughout town: 1-mile walking distance to downtown, Front St, and only 3-miles to bike one way to the Natural Bridge State Park.

It was a wonderful stay from checking in to checking out. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing that was a surprise to me was having to pay for parking $25 each day then having to do $100 deposit because I thought everything was included when I booked. They have a wonderful cafe shop on premises and the boardwalk is literally across the street and a lot of food options around. My daughter loved the pool although not heated it was a perfect size for her. We will definitely be staying there again

Stayed here for the weekend, nice property, beds were comfortable and it’s quiet at night. The property manager was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and we will stay here again! Thank you!

The stay was amazing, the front desk receptionist who helped me at a very late, 11pm/12am, was extremely welcoming. I loved the interior designing and overall very comfortable furniture! Will DEFINITELY be booking again in the future!

Excellent and accommodating front desk staff helped with packages coming in also upgraded me to a superb room for my extended stay right across from the beach and boardwalk. I'll be staying here again the next time I have a work trip in Santa Cruz

Couldn’t get any closer to the beach if you tried. Staff were very friendly and even though I didn’t explicitly book an accessible room, I had no issues getting around in my wheelchair.

Location is great. You can walk to most things. Hotel rooms are renovated and clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Staff was friendly. The only problem I had was related to parking. Parking was $25 extra and that wasn’t mentioned in the original booking. Also parking spaces at the ground level are very tight- one way in and out. If you have a big vehicle you’ll find it difficult to come out of it if you go in. The entrance to parking at level 2 is from First street, behind the hotel and the spots are tight there too. I know parking is scarce in that area, but the extra fee should be mentioned in the ad for vacancy.
