Room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfy and pillows were really comfortable.

The new hotel is nice and clean. The only thing was the free breakfast. They only offered turkey bacon and turkey sausage. It tasted like cardboard. My advice is to serve regular bacon and turkey sausage one day, and the opposite the next day. So even though they offered free breakfast, we had to go outside to get a good breakfast.

My friend and I felt comfortable in the great sized room, cozy plush beds. Super clean bathroom adequate towels and complimentary toiletries offered were excellent ie complimentary daily beach/pool towels, breakfasts were very good with variety of options dining area was very clean and organized. And the 12pm checkout was surprising and very much enjoyed that extra hour.

The room was clean, The pool was nice. There is an extra charge once you get to the hotel. We were told breakfast was at 0600 got up early and then was told it wasn’t until 0730. The area was partially set up but we were not allowed to access it. We asked for a cup of coffee and were told they had not made any yet. After being told coffee and water was available all the time. The bar tender told us he would make us a cup of complimentary coffee. Next thing I know my card was charged. The lady at the desk would never even look at me as I stood there wanting to ask about the charge and held the phone to her ear the entire time we waited on our ride. Not a bad hotel. Hidden charges.

Front desk did poor check in process. Didn't let us know all the fees upfront. Maid service was piss poor. We would leave in the morning and come back late afternoon and room was still not done. Food sucked in restaurant.
