Fantastic hotel in KC! Front desk folks were kind and helpful, there’s plentiful parking in the gated lot, airy and spacious room, luxuriously scented bath products, and the cherry on top: a festive hot cocoa bar in the lobby! Charming and affordably, would book again!

AC was well located for a business stop in KC. The hotel is clean and minimalist with free parking! Kudos to AC for having the inexpensive but important details - lots of plugs, charging ports and places to hang your towel! I'll be back.

Stay was good. Clean room, quite location, friendly staff. Only complaint is the beds are small. But will stay again as location is super close to St. Lukes.

I came to KC with a friend for a concert. Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly. The floor in the room needs replacing. It is coming up in the main walk area. Could be a hazard in the night.

Area was good, near restaurants, bars, grocery, shopping. Drive to Highway only 5-7mins depending which direction headed.
Rooms were clean, modern, comfortable, and shower was great. Most staff was friendly.
Downside - front drive way entry is small, and each time I returned, there is a vehicle parked blocking the entrance of gate to parking lot. I had to wait until driver came back, or if I had room I cut around, and or go to exit side and wait for gate to open. That was irritating and for hotel staff to allow customer vehicle to obstruct area for emergency vehicle is careless and needs attention.

Warning!! Parking is not included with the stay I think it's ridiculous that someone would pay $150 a night and Parking is not included! Rooms are very nice though, breakfast was mediocre!

Room was nice, the aesthetics were pleasing. The water pressure could’ve been higher and I was charged a banquet fee yet didn’t eat breakfast

The room was easy to check into. The beds were a bit smaller advertised but very clean and quiet. Breakfast is $15 and NOT FREE, but very good.

I don’t know how Marriott can put their name on this property! The rooms were so old and the floor is comping up, literally! Hands down the absolute worst hotel (and Marriott) Iv ever been in! Sketchy area and zero amenities… def not family formally. Front desk staff was nice but the condition of the hotel was atrocious.
