We are return guests and will return again. Unfortunately during this stay there was an event at the hotel and there was no parking for hotel guests so we had to park far across the street. It was loud in the pool area because of a hockey group so my daughter and I chose not to use the pool. Would recommend not during hockey and Christmas party season.

The young man/server attitude was unpleasant..
Maybe the Management/Chef have been replaced.. my last two visit at the restaurant years ago were great…

The first room we stayed in smelled of chlorine because of the pool. We were downgraded in room status but still paid the King rate. I'm not sure why I wasn't refunded the difference but here we are.
If you are staying in a room with "a pool view", you might not like the room smell.

The room lighting was very poor and I’m sure I’m not the first person to comment on this. Staff were not welcoming and we had to wait about 15-20 mins to check in.

So conveniently located for our in and out trip home from Calgary. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed. Beds were so comfortable and it was clean and quiet. This will be our go to stop on all our future trips through Kamloops.

Guest parking was very limited unless you wanted to park at the Convention area of the property. Being that this property is located in a rather Shady area of Kamloops, onsite security should be present. Front desk representative on Saturday night could also use some customer service training, she was rather arrogant and rude to us as guests. Dining at the property was excellent and the staff was great!

Everything in the room was great when we went to use the hot tub it has very sharp edges and there was a sharp rock on the bottom.Its starting to wear

Stayed here two night on ground level by pool and fountain! It was lovely! Room was clean and staff were great. Bathroom could use a bit of updating! Shower rod was rusty and grout around tub needs redoing. Other than that hotel was wonderful.

This was a perfect stop for one night. Our room was clean and spacious and quiet. We looked over the valley rather than the atrium and pool which I think was a good choice for us. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was a great restaurant just across the street (On the Rocks). Ample parking was available. Staff were polite and helpful.
