This is really an amazing hotel! We’ve stayed in many hotels in Istanbul but nothing like that! The rooms are beautiful and clean and location is the best. The personnel is so friendly and kind. Everyone is really professional. The food is high quality and delicious. The view is breathtaking! We highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for a week and we felt like home. We can’t wait for our next stay in this beautiful hotel. We loved everything! Two months later we will come back for another grate holiday in this unique hotel. Thank you so much!!!

From my perspective, it's not just perfect—it's beyond perfect. The staff at Metropolitan Hotels Bosphorus deserve commendation for their kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism. The reception employees, in particular, exemplify these qualities, making every interaction a pleasant and welcoming experience. Azure the Bosphorus, the hotel's restaurant, offers more than just a meal—it provides a feast for the senses with its breathtaking views of the Bosphorus. The open buffet caters to every palate, offering a diverse array of options that make breakfast a delight. While there may be superior open buffets elsewhere, the one at Metropolitan Hotels Bosphorus is certainly worth sampling. The hotel looked amazing online, & when I arrived it was nothing like the pics. We had two twin size beds that were hard as a rock. There was sooooo much noise and people banging things in the middle of the night, we barely slept. The entire staff was soooooo rude, never a hello or good night and behaved as if they are doing us the favor. Never discussed the bare ammenities and accused of us eating a wafer they told us was free and wanted to add to our bill. The restaurant is nice but very pricey & they refused to give us to go boxes. They said they would have the food it sent to our room and never did! There was a fire alarm that went off twice and the smell of an electrical fire that they dismissed and told people to go to their rooms. Awful stay dont waste your money!!!!!

Good location, easy to go round, restaurant in 7th floor has good view, though the bathroom shower door needed to be fixed, told them few times but no use.

Hands down the best hotel! My go to hotel when I travel to istanbul. The hotel team is always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are super clean and spacious. It is at a superb location with very easy transport. The restaurant on the 7th floor serves quality food and has an amazing view of the Bosphorus bridge. The food and drinks are exceptional! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfy stay!
