The hotel was very nice and beautiful. Everything was comfortable and the price was very reasonable. Also, they allow to have a guests.

Staying in this hotel, it was a nice experience. Our room was clean and also all the amenities. Delicious food, and good service.

Door for room only had a regular key lock and door looked like it was pushed open before. We only stayed one night and didn’t use the shower as the rust on the plumbing and also floor didn’t look clean. Also we were only give. Two towels - no hand towel or wash cloth was given. The pool was not clean and had plastic lounge and big whole where construction was happening. Also room was changed from one hotel on day of Checkin. View is nice but that is it.

WHERE DO I START!!!!! ORBITZ REALLY NEEDS TO REMOVE THEM AS OPTION FOR A PLACE TO STAY. THE FIRST ROOM WE WERE AT THE ACTUAL DUCASSI THERE WAS BABY ROACHES IN THE FRIDGE AND ON THE TABLE. THE VIEW WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!! SMH...I DONT KNOW HOW THIS PLACE CAN HAVE THE NERVE TO EVEN WANT PEOPLE TO STAY THERE. NO PHONE...THE TOWELS ARE LIKE MICORFIBER SAND PAPER..NO WASH CLOTH AND THE LIST CAN GO ON AND ON. SO WE MOVED TO ACROSS THE STREET SMH RUSTY DOOR KNOBS MY AC DRIPPED WATER EVERYDAY THE FURNITURE IS FALLING APART NO PHONE THE BLONDE LADY IN THE MAMGEMENT OFFICE JUST NASTY. WE WERE ASKING FOR AN IRON ITS IT WAS LIKE ASKING FOR A MILLION DOLLARS! THEIR ONLY SAVING GRACE WAS THE HANDY GUY! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!! The hotel rooms were not cleaned properly and had a nasty smell. Had to transfer to the second building across the street which was a little better. The ac was not working properly the entire trip.

The property was beautiful. The people were very nice. The room was clean. The air conditioning worked very well.

Stuff is incredible and the entertainment team was a blast . tons of activities to do during the day and night activity as well. The beautiful ground was so nice to walk around, would definitely return.

Punta Cana is our favorite place for vacation! And this one place provides good service for very reasonable price.
