Very convenient, steps away from the royal mile. Perfect location, clean and modern

Awesome location. Close to dozens of good restaurants and bars. Enjoyed the size of the room because everyone had their own space to relax and unwind. The area felt very secure and easy walking distance from most inner city attractions. I will use Linton again on our next Edinburgh vacation

We selected this place because it looked different/interesting compared to trying to get "just another hotel". It was more like a rented apartment, with all of those amenities (washer/dryer, kitchenette, etc), which was amazing! I don't think the unit we got was what was in the photos, but it makes sense as it's a building of ~10 units that you are assigned from. Getting into the unit couldn't have been easier - it was secure but completely self-serve. It was also amazing that there is secure storage for luggage if you arrive or stay later than check in/out times.

Such a good find. You stay right off the royal mile and you have so much space. The property communicated up to the minute of our check in with the access information. So easy. Clean and we would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Convenient location for trains, sight seeing and shopping. Beautiful and clean. Everything we needed was there. Great restaurants very convenient with excellent food. I don’t recommend sleeping on the sofa bed.

Great property. Super clean. Cool lofts and space. Great light. Great bathroom. Great communication and matched the listing. No lift, lots of stairs as an FYI.

Perfect central location to explore Edinburgh. The loft is charming and all needs/comforfa were met wonderfully. Will definitely stay for future visits! PS—-bring your teenagers to carry the luggage or be sure to pack light. Rookie American mistake🎉

This property was just awesome. The architecture was charming. It was clean and easy to access all of the local sites. Lots of space! Communication with management was absolutely outstanding. I would recommend this lodging and return in a heartbeat!

Wow…couldn’t have been nicer. We stayed in apt 8 on the top floor & it looked just like it did in the pictures. Located steps from the Royal mile at about the mid point between Holyrod and Edinburgh castle. About a 10-12 minute walk from Waverly train station. Apartment had all of the amenities you could need including washer/dryer combo. Loved freedom of keyless entry. Be aware that there are many steps at this facility but you will find that steps are everywhere in Old town of Edinburgh. Bedroom is in loft up narrow staircase but there are handrails. We opted to leave suitcases in living area rather trying to bring upstairs. There are many places to eat in the area as well as Mini grocery & Pharmacy near by. Be sure to eat at least once at Maskar Gormet Mash. It’s about an 8 minute walk but so worth it!

We had a long weekend here in December and the apartment was beautiful, full of character, clean & comfy. Close enough to be a minutes walk from the center, but far enough away to not have any noise from the main drag. Would definitely stay again.

A perfect location, steps from the Mile and 5 min walk to the train station (clean, safe area). Loved the ability to wash some clothes, but had to pick up detergent at the store. Also, the sound insulation between floors is lacking.

Very nice property in an excellent location. Was just as the pictures showed. Communication for check-in and check-out was great. Be advised the loft windows do not all have blinds so it might stay pretty bright in the summer, but in January it wasn’t a problem.

The property was immaculate and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, right off the Royal Mile! Highly recommend.
