On the first floor, there's a garage and a laundry. (Please note the room and the bathroom on the first floor are not open to guests)
Moving to the second floor, you'll find a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a balcony, and a guest toilet. Also a bedroom with two King single beds.
On the third floor, you'll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with its own ensuite bathroom for ultimate privacy.

Kitchen, Living, Dining, Balcony, 1 Separate Toilet, 1 twin room.
3rd floor:
1 Master bedroom (ensuite), 1 double room, 1 bathroom.
In the two bedrooms on the third floor, you'll find a luxurious King bed and a Queen bed, while the bedroom on the second floor boasts two comfortable King Single beds. If you prefer a different arrangement, kindly let us know, and we'll be delighted to merge the two King Single beds to accommodate your preference.

Please be aware that there is a construction site at our neighbor's place located at the back of our house, which may result in some daytime noise. The construction is expected to occur from Monday to Saturday, between 7 am and 6 pm.

We have a door code so you can let yourselves in. Code will be provided before 3pm on your desired check in date.
The room and the bathroom on the first floor are not open to guests.

Please be aware that the front door entrance, first-floor hallway, garage, and yard are shared spaces with the host/cleaner. Although the host doesn't reside on the premises, they may occasionally need access to these areas or the room by the front door to take/drop off towels/sheets during working hours. Your rental ensures exclusive access to the second and third floors, along with the laundry on the first floor.
Rest assured, the host/cleaner will not enter your space (the second or third floors) during your stay, and they will maintain a quiet environment, respecting your privacy.
