The hotel had the metro and bus station close by, staff was very helpful, good breakfast, clean nice room

The room didn't had a fan in the bathroom and/or room so it got realy humid, the humidity was even felt on my clothes and there was no heating that would help, was cold at the evenings otherwise great stay!

У нас была комната делюкс - соответствует фото. Очень светлая чистая ванная с окном, комната с хорошим освещением и достаточным количеством зеркал, столом, шкафом, есть сейф. Кровать удобная, по две подушки на человека. Постельное белье чистое, видно, что новое. Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день, приносили воду в бутылочках, чай, кофе (есть чайник). Отдельное спасибо за мощный хороший фен. Завтраки отличные и в удобное время - овощи, фрукты, омлет, варёные яйца, сыры, колбасы, оливки, каждый день был суп, сладкое, чай/кофе/соки - в общем, всего не перечислить, но завтраки шикарные, и всего очень много. Отдельное спасибо персоналу на рецепции и сотрудникам в зоне завтрака! К вопросу о районе - это не самый центр, но район хороший - тихая улочка, совсем рядом большой торговый центр Historia с огромным количеством магазинов и большим супермаркетом Мигрос, Старбакс, куча кафе, ресторанов. Трамвайная остановка (можно доехать в самый центр за 5 минут) - в трёх минутах ходьбы, метро в 10-15 минутах ходьбы если идти по навигатору (очень рекомендуем заранее скачать карту метро с ветками метро, чтобы не путаться). Когда будем в Стамбуле снова, вероятнее всего снова остановимся в этом отеле

Era perfetta, per il prezzo le aspettative sono andate ben oltre, i servizi valgono molto di più, servizio in camera eccezionale, i ragazzi della reception molto attenti e bravi, specialmente Gokay, Mustafa,Bahodar, i ragazzi della spa anche molto attenti a farci passare momenti rilassanti, vi consiglio di provarla. Le camere molto belle e comode, la pulizia impeccabile. Ve lo consiglio a chiunque stia pensando di fare un salto a Istanbul.

The 4 rooms we took had the same catastrophic problems. All the pillows are bad, making neck pain

New and modern hotel with clean rooms, polite staff and great service.

The breakfast and coffee could be much better.

Mustafa and Eyub very helpful and everything else was excellent. Location is excellent and staff help us regarding parking.

Our stay was more than amazing,the receptionists were very cooperative specially Mr Mustafa , Mr Haroon , Mr Bahaa and Ayoub they helped us and gave us directions in the city and they arranged a taxi for us to the airport The room was very clean ,the housekeeper was very cooperative and the breakfast was nice we’ll definitely will go back again and i will recommend to our friends

The room furniture is brand new thats it.

The house keeping didn’t clean the room well especially the bathroom, bed sheet, pillow and blanket covers as well were not clean and never changed, room floor was always dirty, bathroom was full of hair in the shower and the bathroom ground, also location is on a high area you will need to climb alot every day coming back from the metro station

Good location , clean , good value for money .

I didn’t like the staff , they weren’t helpful sometimes rude e.g. we needed a clothes dryer and all they could offer is to pay 32 euro per night more for a room with a balcony . Breakfast was simple. I asked for a bun at 10:28.. they said breakfast is over cause it till 10:30. Idk quite rude I’d say .

New hotel with good rooms

The hotel was undergoing renovation. It was too noisy.

The hotel looked very nice. Everything was brand new and very clean.

Everything was just perfect.

The cleanliness was amazing and the room turndown in the morning was completed every day without fail. The staff were very helpful and accommodating too.

Taxi dont come their too much , sounds from outdise too much , there was no soa & massage

I was told the sauna spa area was open when I booked the accommodation bug when I arrived Still lots of renovation s happening at the place dpz upend july

The new renovation was very nice and modern, the rooms were very clean too. Also the staff were nice, especially Bahadar who made us feel very welcome.

We had requested two twin rooms but were given one double and one twin, which was not ideal as we were two of us (friends) had to share a bed. The hotel did offer to change our room after a few days but we ended up keeping the double room to avoid the hassle.

The best hotel in the center: renovated, modern, spacious, quiet. The staff is great, very helpful and welcoming. The district is nice, with everything you might need around you: value for money restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, banks and other services, metro. It took me only 30-40 min to get to the Hagia Sophia. Highly recommend!
