Pool was dirty and breakfast was terrible - you could bounce the food off the plate.

The pool was great, good size and easily accessible. The breakfast was tasty with a good selection. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Nice breakfast with lots of options. We liked that they changed it up a bit each day. Pool was pretty good too. Location was great and close to everything. We had a nice garden view with balcony which was nice.

You have to request for your room to be cleaned, they don't just automatically clean each day. We were not told that at check in so our room was not cleaned/refreshed the first day. Great coffee machine available during breakfast/day time but not available in the evenings which was really disappointing as everything in the area closes really early. Also, no safe available in the room.

There was no mirror above the sink in the vanity - very strange - had to dry and style hair in the hall where the mirror was. We booked on booking.com and let them know we had a dog. The day before our stay (too late to cancel) there was an extra $43 charge for our pet. Had we known this we would have gone somewhere less expensive.

Location is pretty, everything was walking distance. Breakfast was good, a lot of varieties.

The room floor was dirty, sinks were clogged(stale water was there when we went). They change our room from 2 queen bed to king size(king size bed) last minute- it was very discomforting for three of us specially with 11 year old son sleeping with parents. Bedsheets had some hair. Was not impressed.
