Location is good
Available things to use. No microwave, no hair dryer, no available extra cot or bed to use. The floor was not vacuumed.

nothing was really we liked , this property is trash now . weeder and marvana smoker were all around property.
we did not like the front desk agent who was look like store agent having no courtesy and respect . our toilet was clogged and not working . after complaining front desk Indian illiterate guy ask us to take our money and leave instead of apologizing.
this hotel has nice location but owner is just making money and not renovating or fix the problem . I would recommend family people to go in this trash property

No heater in the separate bedroom only in the main room with the kitchen and living space, the guy at the reception told to just leave the bedroom door open which defeats the purpose of why I booked a 1 bedroom suite to have a privacy while the other person sleeps in the bed in the living room. The lighting fixture is busted. Broken coffee maker. The heater wasnt working at the time of arrival , we called and maintenance guy came. I requested for a quiet room away from traffic and the reception guy put us right infront of the main highway, I was not able to have a relaxing night. There was a consistent noise like water gushing which I can not figure out where it was coming from. The reception guy was not accommodating at all. I said I requested for a quiet room away from the traffic 5 weeks ago and we got a room that is situated in the part of the building directly facing the main highway!. All he said was no available room and meanwhile I can see some vacant spots. Very poor guest service!!!Not coming back too bad they lost my business I go to Kelowna monthly and I booked my stay always in the area.

Front desk staff was wonderful since the Bookings.com reservation was not correct.
We specifically asked for the family suite and it was not available upon arrival. The front desk staff made adjustments.

room was dirty and drafty from the ac still in the wall. discovered there was no hot water, and when asked about it the staff lied claiming they had someone coming to fix it, and no one ever came. we later found out they checked us in to the room fully aware there was no hot water to the entire row of buildings and had no intention of telling us this or offering us another room. shady staff.

The indoor pool and hot tube
The cigarette smell coming from the room next door in through the bathroom fan stinking up the whole room.
The bathroom was not clean , there was pubic hairs all over the toilet it was disgusting.
The floors were not cleaned you could see all the dirt .
I slipped twice on the walk way because it was icy and no salt was laid down which then led to now sore stiff back. Very dangerous.
The "lock" that was supposed to be a bolt to keep us safe was broken right off the hinges

They put us in a smoking room saying it wasn’t a smoking room and told us, “Maybe you smell smoke because the maid smoked while cleaning….”

Couldn’t check in early as room not ready. Became a very late check in only to find the bed not made. Given another room. Needed assistance to work the tv. 3am checked out by 10am

in 45 Celcius degrees weather the air conditioning was awesome the huge trees by the pool and the pool Also the BBQ was available to separate chairs tables and the patio outside our balcony was awesome. The grounds were clean and lots of family gatherings

Booking.com advertised breakfast is included but then there was no breakfast. Also there was smoking all around the property instead of a designated smoking location.
