The facilities, generally, were clean and comfortable.

The jets in the outdoor hot tub were underwhelming and we couldn't find a control to allow us to turn up the jets.

I didn’t like that they say is included in the resort fee the kayak and paddle boat but they only had one paddle boat available for the hotel so we were never able to use it as it was always taken, they only had 2 boat oar and it was 4 of us that wanted to use it they only had 3 bikes also so that was a little disappointing that we wanted to make use of this and couldn’t

Everything was pretty good, modern, clean.

Signage on how to get from the parkade to the lobby and the lobby/casino to your room. Firmer pillows.

Great location, amenities such as the restaurant, and ample parking.

Had to pay for parking and the stalls were very tight even with a smaller SUV.

Amenities that were included such as bike rentals and kayaks! Location was perfect with everything walking distance and the views were phenomenal. Pool was perfect with the snack bar for easy access. Wine tasting room and complimentary tasting daily.

The restaurant was good but understaffed, meaning long waits for service, food and drinks delayed.
