Best hotel I’ve have stayed … room was perfect … paths all over with mountains all around …couldn’t have a better location and view… pool and hot tubs on the roof were amazing … they had bikes for guests to use (saved tons of money in rentals) and it was attached to the casino!!!!! LOVE THIS PLACE

Parking garage was a little tight … door dented Wifi sucked on the smart TVs

Location was great, everything was within walking distance. Very roomy. Staff were very friendly a super helpful

There were no daily linen changes or housekeeping

We enjoyed our cosy one-night stay at the Royal Kelowna, particularly the fire place. The room was a bit dated but this was compensated for by the spacious room, kitchenette and two bathrooms (for a one bedroom suite).

It’s located in dt Kelowna and city park.

There’s one front desk lady who has curly blonde hair, was trading people differently. She kept saying that they don’t have any some type but upper level room for me to change, and she put me in the 1 floor even though I made reservation and requirements very early before. And she said there’s only 3 floor loft suit available if I want, but it’s quite expensive. When the night shift lady came and I asked again, she said there’s one same type on 3rd floor, and wouldn’t charge any extra.

Location can’t be beat.

Had to ask a few times for wine glasses. Only two in the kitchen?

Location was perfect for events, exploring downtown.

Would’ve liked to have a in hotel restaurant/ bar.

After I visit, they charge me $50 more, thats not clear anything, I will not recommend it to anyone
