Very nice property. Good location and good value for price. Rooms out the back are quiet, and the best thing is that the heater/AC is not in the bedroom, so quieter and more comfortable.

A bit dated rooms and facilities. Small bathrooms. Service is cool friendly, but efficient.

The location was perfect as it was a 1 minute walk to the event. Breakfast was not included but there were plenty of options close by

It was a bit noisy in the morning. There could have been more coffee with the option of tea as well.

The check in staff not friendly. Kind of grumpy and felt like I interfered a conversation between the two staff sitting there when I walked in. No other customers where there at the time. There was a bag of garbage / recycling left in our room. Brought it to the front desk soon after getting into the room and asked what can I do with this garbage / recycling that was left in our room? She just pointed to where to dump it, No apology or let me do that for you. Not impressed...very poor customer service.

The room was on the ground floor and we were able to park right outside our room..It was quiet.

Room lacked character: spacious enough but rather cold and cavernous. Not cozy. Overuse of posted signs and notices make for an institutional feel and do not promote a feeling of welcomeness or comfort. Such information can be included in a compendium.

The location is great , especially if your walking or busing. There are groceries, fast food and coffee shops nearby and two great beaches.

They charged us for summer rates and when we arrived there was no outdoor pool/ hot tub , we had to request toilet paper and then retrieve it our selves. Only one day of soaps & shampoo for 5 ppl . But mostly no couch to sit on or cots available. We also had our patio table & chairs taken away from us for the season so no where to sit outside on a hot day . That was on a Saturday and we left Monday. The beds were ok , but not great.

outdoor pool starts to get some shade around noon so was a great way for the kids to be outside when they had sun burns but be out of the sun! room was so clean! brand new renovations it was awesome! amazing location, everything you could ever need is walking distance!

The bed & linen were extremely comfortable ! The kitchenette was very complete, everything you could need. I LOVE that there is a separate bedroom so it's perfect when travelling with a friend ! My room also had a back patio off the bedroom that will be great when it is hot. This room (#151) / section gets morning sun across the parking lot. No traffic noise as it is quite a ways away from Lakeshore. The couch was comfortable and I was pleased to see it folds out - so I will re-book when I come back with my sister. The bathroom was very clean, as was the indoor pool & dry sauna (I didn't use the hot tub as it was busy). Thanks !

The room is located in a great area, right in front of the grocery story and a coffee shop. I really enjoyed the little kitchenette in the room that was well equipped. We enjoyed the swimming pool, hot tub and sauna that were always not very busy.

The room is a bit tight and there are only two chairs at the table and we had three people in the room.
