The location is really good! It’s right by the lake and everything downtown is a walkable distance away.
Our toilet kept clogging. They gave us a plunger but we had to unclog it several times. I’ve read other reviews saying they had the same issue while staying here.

- mattress was terrible. Too soft, sinking in the middle.
- the bathroom / shower is so small. High chance a bigger person couldn’t even close the door
- the air vent in the bathrooms is so LOUD
- There is no pressure in the shower
- No soundproofing of the door. We could hear each person walking by / closing their door
- Hotel situated just on the main road. So road noise to be expected.
- No privacy curtains. So either you are in the dark or outsiders can see you undressing
- The black-out curtains are too far from the window. So it is not blacking out anything.
- TV was old
- the finish of the room is frankly subpar (like joints of the shower, trims etc )
- the parking is to add to the hotel room price. Which is okay but increase the overall cost when comparing with similar hotels

The bathroom was incredibly small, my boyfriend had stand in the shower to close the door when he needed to use the toilet.

the location was nice, the room decor was cute
our shower was plugged and we were standing in water when we showered. my boyfriend attempted to unclog it himself because he was so bothered by it. we were also in a room closest to outside of the elevator and there was a suitcase ramp RIGHT outside of our door which was an annoyance considering the premium price of this hotel.

We stayed at the beach room. It was so beautiful. The room was amazing. Bed was great. Bathroom was beautiful. We loved our stay here

The location was great near the lake and shopping. The only issue was it was too close to the homeless and drug addicts. Really sad to see.

The reception staff were welcoming and very helpful The location was perfect close to the beach and park and a short walk to restaurants and bars. We had a great view over the park from our room

The location was really good. Hotel was clean and comfortable. A bit disappointed with bar .we were unable to just have a drink at the bar without ordering food.

Location was good, overlooked park and a nice walk along river. Restaurant was great, nice staff & great food.
Cardboard cups in room and nothing to make coffee. Pillows were not comfortable even though there were 2 to choose from. Shower floor felt greasy, like it had not been cleaned properly. Compared to other places stayed price was expensive with no extras

Hard to get in and out of. And if you have a truck it is hard to park there and most likely won't fit in most of the stalls.

The in room jacuzzi tub was exceptional, comfortable bed and very nicely laid out room. Loved the beachy vibes and 2 different little patios off the room.

The location is excellent. Its was nice to have a pool and hut tub. The attached coast grill and oyster bar is amazing. Staff was super nice.
Room wasn't clean there was long black hair everywhere. First night we didn't have warm water. Pool area had ants all over and needed a bit of an update.

brat services and the renovation they have completed is quite nice. also, the west coast grill attached has yummy food and excellent service.
the shower was grimy looking and there is a off vibe to a lot of the guests that stay there.

Locations was the only good part about this place.
Staff was polite but didn't tell you anything except here's your key. Shower had black mold, the security guard was standing outside rooms late at night listening to see if they are loud. Doors slamming all thru the night that you can hear clearly inside your room. Also had the pleasure of going out on the deck and seeing someone using the alley for their bathroom.

Close to downtown . Nice restaurant. Accessible parking. Staff were friendly & courteous. Pool & hot tub were awesome experience!
Kinda sketchy neighborhood. Back alleys were occupied as night progressed. Lots of construction nearby.

Place was clean except for the shower. The staff were good. They provided a lot of pillows.
There was a lot of damage to the room I stayed at. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The wallpaper was falling off. There was mold in the shower stall. It needed major maintenance. For my first four star, I was extremely disappointed. The location is really bad with all the semis going by every minute (although they provided ear plugs which was nice). No free breakfast either. I've been to other four stars and breakfast is generally included.

Door was opened when arrived and broken lock mechanism, TV did not work. Hair on the walls of the shower that was not ours disgusting.
