Parking was bit of a issue or may be it was packed all the time coz hotel was fully booked. However best part of the hotel was its room which was clean and comfortable. Also location is perfect.

There was a little road noise

Great value for money. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent . The front desk called us after departure and informed us we had left a camera behind . I really appreciated that they were honest and we arranged to have camera picked up by a family member . We would definately stay again.

I had to make an emergency medical trip to Kelowna and realized when I arrived I forgot my credit card and home. Even though I had booked and paid online and had two peices of ID and other ways of paying the ‘damage’ deposit they refused to let me stay or to return the payment they received. Don’t stay here. Horrible heartless place!!!!

being by a park was great! the noise from Harvey was a bit much, but the convenience was a good trade off. I liked choice of toiletries provided.

The room, was great. The bed, sheets and pillows were all very comfortable.

The breakfast was a little sad.

The location was great, near everything I needed. The Inn's Breakfast was good, kids loved the waffles. Good choice of breafast items, fruit juice was very good loved the Cranberry juice. Breakfast room was very clean. Our room was very clean also, no hair in bath tub or washroom!! Shower-head works, sink amd tub drained fast, no clogging, Awesome!! Room has 4 USB port in the room for charging digital devices, Everything in the room works, the room was quite, family got good rest, beds was comfy. Overall excellent for $$$ and features. GOOD JOB!!

Low lighting room could have been brighter or have dimable lighting. Heat was only working on one side of the room.

I’ve returned to this motel based solely on the front desk staff and for how helpful and out of their way they have gone for me.

this isn’t the most attractive looking motel but what it may lack in high quality looks is made up for by the homeyness and small attention to details by staff and quirks like outdoor bbqs and picnic tables for a more home away from home feel in a downtown smack dab in the thick of it all Kelowna city centre setting

It was clean and comfortable and close to where I had to go.

I had a very noisy, yelling neighbor one night, and with no one on the front desk nothing could be done about it. I had a very poor sleep that night.

Actually , my room was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in over the years . 😃

Very friendly staff.

There was no hair shampoo or conditioner. I had to wash my hair with hand soap and had a hard time comping my hair.
