The card key didn't work, I was stuck in the elevator once and the ice machine wasn't working when I needed it.

What didn’t I like. This hotel is a gem and I’m sad I didn’t discover it sooner. It’s Florida version of the Stanley Hotel and we can’t wait to come back! We’ve recommended to a lot of our friends and they can’t wait to come back

Nothing! It’s perfect!!!

Everything was well. Quiet, Clean & Peolle were respectful.

The first room we were given was in a terrible state, the carpets were dirty and stained and the room smelled damp. the AC was making so much noise. we asked for our room to be changed and the second room was a bit more bearable.

Great location and a good pool. Very helpful staff

It felt dated. Could do with some new carpet and a lick of paint. Had to get room key reset nearly every day which was frustrating.

The room was nice and we enjoyed the pool.

Should have complimentary breakfast for guest.

The outside of the hotel looks sketchy at first but the inside looks like a standard hotel just need some upkeep on the outside

Pool unavailable, no microwave in room, beds super low to ground. Very outdated. For what I was charged at a discounted rate for one night, I expected it to be nicer. Gave kind of a creepy feeling like the hotel from "The Shining".

Arrived at around 10 pm female front desk attendant,,,,poor customer service. no good night… welcome to !!! Do you have Reservation, where is ID… as much as these R necessary questions I did not feel welcome. when you vacation experience is supposed to be friendly!!! welcoming. improve on your customer service.
