Room smelled of cigar, insects on the floor, door had cracks, toilet was dirty.

the weird smell of the room, the gross old shower area and the dirty old couch. also. it was weird that they had the lobby locked at 11pm at night and you had to check in through a little window.

The location, the set up of the room with the sitting area. The free wifi. There was a iron and ironing board and a blow dryer and a coffee maker. We had issues with the first two rooms we were given but there was no problem with changing the rooms. The towels were clean and not stained! Free parking.

The sheets were stained. The sofa in the sitting area was stained and dirty looking. The first room we were given had toilet issues, the second room had a high cigarette smell and the sofa in that room. Was really gross. The final room was ok but clearly needed a good dusting. One of my earrings fell down almost going under the bed. I had to get down to retrieve it and got a glimpse of under the bed...dusty!! The bathtub and the drain pipe needs changing out it is gross looking.

The bathroom was dirty with mold in the tile cracks and brown stuff on the caulking around the toilet. The tub was also dirty.

Excellent place and location. The staff was great.

The sofa bed was too hard, nothing comfortable.

The room was clean and staff was friendly. Close to Orlando Airport. Price was reasonable.

The sink was cracked. Noting too bad.

Room was dingy and smelly, as was the lobby. TV did not work. There was no cafe attached and no shuttle from airport. Staff was unfriendly.

Location near the airport, breakfast included.

There were no restaurants and stores near the place, unkind staff.
