Great location, the rooms were large and spacious. The maids brought clean towels daily and topped up the mini bar and the toiletries. There is somebody at the reception 24 hours which is good.

The elevator was not very practical because the doors close too quickly and you have to keep pressing the button! It is not ideal for people with prams or wheel chairs. We just used the stairs. The rooms were a little dim and not bright.

it is very dated & needs completely refurbishing. The air-con was so noisy especially during the night when you are trying to sleep but it was far too hot without it. On Sat/Sun our cold breakfast was plated up despite being told that we would have a hot one on Sunday. 5 slices of stale bread & no-one around in restaurant on Sunday morning. The bar shut by 8pm every night so no coffee or drinks available. 1 loo roll only on holder. I have photographic evidence of the empty hot plates, the empty cake & biscuit table & the plated breakfast.

The staff were fantastic. Everything we asked for was provided with a smile. They went out of their way to make us happy.

Dobrich has seen better days. Pedestrian pathways and roads are broken around the town centre.

Excellent breakfast and location. I liked that it was easy check in and check out.

The room was too big and it was difficult to watch television from the bed.

The location is in the city centre. The room was very spacious with a pleasant view and the staff were nice and helpful.

The bed sheets were stained and we called for someone to come and change them. The shower was leaking and the room facilities need serious renovation. The price for the experience was was too high.

Excellent location, the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. The room was clean and spacious! Breakfast was served in the room and was excellent as well!

The location and breakfast were superb. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room temperature was great on a cold month. Our stay definitely exceeded our expectations.

Elevator doors were closing a bit faster than we expected, which was a bit of a problem while getting on and off with a baby stroller.

Have stayed here many times and as always it is great. Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast. Would not stay anywhere else in Dobrich
