The staff and facilities were wonderful, all clean and convenient

This isn’t the hostel’s fault but the sports bar across the street blasted music from 3 in the afternoon until 3 in the morning so I wasn’t able to get any sleep in the hostel

This is the worst hostel I have ever stayed at. STAY AWAY There is nothing good about this place. There was no cleaning in the bathroom, the rooms were cramped, the location is right beside a nightclub so you can't fall asleep till they shut the club down. There is NOTHING positive to say here.

Location- beside a night club that plays music every night till 2-3 am EVERY DAY Facilities- not cleaned or functional. Bathrooms on my floor were shut down.Showers were not clean and they make you take a navy shower by pushing the button every 10 seconds for water Rooms were awful and cramped- I had a top bunk so each time I hit my head on the top climbing up or down out of the bed. Rooms were not secure as the locks didn't lock or close As this hostel is cheaper it also attracts the worst people who come into the room at 3 am for check in and wake everyone else up.

Clean, with good facilities. Excellent location.

It was very loud. We expected some noise being in the centre but it continued to 4am. It wasn’t just outside street noise, it was guest shouting noise, staff shouting noise, door slamming and the fire alarm going off.

Definitely the location

That I was placed in a room that faced the Three Sisters beer garden and music pumped till 3:00am. Cleaning was very limited. And it showed. Floors were not cleaned or mopped every day. Hair from other guests was on the floor. Toilet paper ran out and was not replaced. Did not find staff over friendly or helpful like they said they were. Scowling looks, took their time to serve you. Dispute over check out times. One staff member saying 10am and emails received & booking.com saying 11am. They were rude about this.

The place is in a good location, staff is constantly present and trying to make things better for you. As the place recently opened, it seems some things were still missing on the reception part, but looks like a place with lot of potential.

In front of the place there is a place called Three Sisters that has loud music all day and until very late at night. Better to have ear plugs if you want to sleep. The price was quite high for a shared 6 bed room, but being fair that weekend was Taylor Swift concert.

It was clean and secure. Tight operation.

The WiFi never worked during our stay so I wouldn’t include that in the amenities offered here. No locks on lockers so you should bring your own.
