Location, amazing and helpful staff
The wall painting looks old and dirty, beds and pillows are not the most comfortable but it’s good value for money.

Falta uma sanduicheira.
O ar condicionado muito antigo e barulhento e o pior é a falta de manutenção e higienização do mesmo. Estava cheio de fungos. Na primeira noite atacou minha rinite alérgica por conta disso .
Já hospedei em vários quartos e o cheiro de mofo do ar é muito forte. Precisa de manutenção urgente!

O hotel já foi muito bom, os apartamentos são grandes e bem iluminados. A localização é muito boa.
Os apartamentos estão decaídos, o ar condicionado é velho e barulhento, falta manutenção nas instalações.

Hotel precisa de uma reforma,ar condicionado não temos como regular as temperaturas do ar, é sempre complicado usar a tv a cabo, ja fiquei algumas vezes nesses hotel e é sempre confuso.

The staff was very nice.
The breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable, silent and spacious.
The cable tv wasn't working properly, there was some transmission interruptions and sound problems.

I had a good experience. They have provided good service, gave me a good room and very nice cleaning service. I also have enjoyed breakfast and food. Personal were welcoming, smiling and warm

Clean and spacious.
-Abysmal internet. Think dial up in the early 2000s kind of slow! It would even be fair to say that this place doesn’t really have wifi.
-Terrifying elevator that drops like a foot when it stops at your floor. It will throw you off balance. I have never been so traumatized by an elevator in my life.

Breaksfast wasn't what I expect. It was very just a small variety that doesn't pleased anyone.

It is a good place to stay, pratical and easy. It is very clean and breakfast is decent. The location is good for Sao Paulo where you can reach the Ibirapuera Park walking and for everythign else I recommend taking an Uber. You are 15 minuten from the National Airport Congonhas and around 15 minutes steep walking to Metro Santa Cruz.
It is a little outdated in terms of decoration, facilities and some rooms facing the main street can be quite loud!
